I was in Jr Hi in those years. I remember, in my History Class, the description of the Soviet Union then. I could not understand how/why the people allowed the government to take over. I could not understand how the news media went along with the take over. Never... NEVER... did I think I’d live to see the exact thing happening in this United States. To see it, makes me want to march. There are too many young people who do NOT know history. They do not know what is taking place right before their eyes. It becomes the norm and no one fusses too much for too long. We are just taking it... Congress is not stopping it... we talk it to death, and the belt grows tighter around us every day. They think they are above the law. And so far, they are correct. They also think we all are really dumb enough to believe their lies. It’s an insult to be lied to, and they are dishing it out daily... blatant, and obvious...with the news media parroting it every day. So far, they are getting it done... and we are taking it.
I have a year old grandson, and I look at him and wonder what his life is going to be like. At this rate, he’ll never know the life that was free and opportunity available for all. Will that generation adjust to socialism? Will they have a chance to be happy? Will they be able to attend the church of their choice? Will they know what it used to be like? Will they be able to choose their career? I have 7 grandchildren... and wonder what life will be for them. Someone got ahold of our kids... years ago, they did a number on our kids. The schools were taken over and this is what we get. Generations of ill informed adults who don’t mind being led around by the nose. Sorry, but I’m just disgusted with what is going on.. and not enough are bothered enough.
