Our children can’t take an aspirin in school for fear of law suits. Should one of these minors die from this morning after pill, their parents should sue these Rulers, ya think? Yep!

They get to hide behind sovereign immunity, something which does not (yet) carry over to schools. Basically There Is Nobody To Sue. Incidentally the Congress who created the FDA and all that stuff could override all this with a bill.

(However, even if there is Nobody To Sue, there is plenty to Oust From Office. If the political will can be mustered before the entire concept of voting goes down the tubes.)
