WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa today announced three witnesses who will appear at a full committee hearing, “Benghazi: Exposing Failure and Recognizing Courage,” on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 11:30 AM in 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.
“I applaud these individuals for answering our call to testify in front of the Committee. They have critical information about what occurred before, during, and after the Benghazi terrorist attacks that differs on key points from what Administration officials – including those on the Accountability Review Board – have portrayed,” said Issa. “Our committee has been contacted by numerous other individuals who have direct knowledge of the Benghazi terrorist attack, but are not yet prepared to testify. In many cases their principal reticence of appearing in public is their concern of retaliation at the hands of their respective employers. While we may yet add additional witnesses, this panel will certainly answer some questions and leave us with many new ones.”

In October 2012, the Oversight Committee held the first hearing on the Benghazi attacks, which exposed denials of security requests and forced the Administration to acknowledge that the attacks were not sparked by a protest of a YouTube video, contrary to claims made by Obama Administration officials.

Sarge is one of the good guys. He is just as frustrated as I am (or more) at the msm trying to change the focus to something, while very tragic, not as important to national interest as this trial is.
I’ve been watching hearings for years. I have never heard it so silent in the room with all those people. The gravity of this is dripping down the walls.

Hillary didn’t call until 8PM DC time (2 AM in Benghazi) Why the hell did it take her so long to speak with him?

I just quick peeked at CNN, Wolfie said they will “monitor” the hearing because they could go on for hours....MSNBC has a panel of assholes discussing it, didn’t see any coverage..couldn’t stay on either channel for more than a split second, first time I’ve ever put either of them on my tv.
Anyone not able to watch this thusfar — do whatever you can to do so at once ... this is not to be missed.
You know, that’s a point i missed, and needs to be repeated.
When they claim they didnt have time to get there, how long did they KNOW it was going to last?
When it started, as far as they knew, it could have been an all-out attack or nothing- they had no way of knowing if it was going to be a 5 minute protest ar the beginning of a month-long seige... so, how would they know how long they had to respond?
You just RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE in the hopes of getting your people out safe.
But they didnt respond, at all.
Were they just lucky that it ended in 7 hours?

The question is What military assets were being deployed to assist of course after the fact you can claim well such and such would not have made it but during the attack how come every asset FEST, Carrier Aircraft, Aviano Acft, Acrft and response teams from Landstuhl....
Obama gave the order not to involve the military in this that is the story here.... He and Hillary are derelict in their duty to do everything in their power to assist and protect our embassy and the personnel....
Special Prosecutor get everyone under oath there has to be an Obama staffer that heard the conversation about sacrificing the people to avoid a political catastrophe just before the election...
It needs to drip down the walls...heavily...as we know.
