All throughout my life, I have heard stories and seen TV episodes and movies depicting of corruption in Mexico going down to the local police level in Mexico. A few dollars here and there was supposed to go a long way in Mexico.

That kind of systemic culture in Mexico's government did not come from Americans.

Obama seems to want to reach out to everyone in the world EXCEPT Americans.
