Frankly I was astounded the entire city of Boston was shut down while looking for this 19 year old. His 26 year old brother was dead when the decision was made to shut the entire city down. This was pure panic on the part of law enforcement, city & state government ... the immediate area Watertown, I understand ... or a portion of this suburb. A bomb goes off in NYC and they shut the city down ... highly unlikely ... Boston is bush league.
