Actually DiFi got 63% of the California vote in 2012. I think she syncs up quite well with the prevailing opinions there.

There are five or six Red State Dem Senators who need to be forced to take sides on it. Chances are it’ll lose on the Senate Floor 52 to 48.
And if it does pass it boosts the chances it’ll cost some Dem Senators their seats. And it will STILL get crushd in the House.

They know. They know. But it isn’t their purpose. I honestly think they think that when this fight gets to the house, it will help them with election of more sensible candidates for the House in 2014, particularly for those precincts and districts where a conservative may reign now.
They are working a war of attrition to the lead the Republicans have in the House now. We true conservatives out here are hard line and will torpedo a 2A traitor in a heartbeat. They’re hoping it gets one or more of the tenuous majority in the North or East somewhere.
