... Julianne Moore won an award for playing Sarah Palin in Game Change, because of course she did. And then, apparently, the director of the movie was gushing about how brave she was for doing that. Thats right: Daring to depict Sarah Palin in an unflattering light is an act of bravery. In Hollywood.

Forever High School drama students.
Once read about a guy who through himself on a grenade to save his buddies.
I only wish he was as brave as that Palin-impersonator Lady....
Through = threw
Jeesh.....
“They smell their own farts.”
and they like them.
A snarf is also a guy who goes around sniffing women’s bicycle seats.
How does anyone trust any award when Bill Clinton wins father of the year this year?
Grow up.
“I would love to have been able to slap her.”
And I mean, a “reaching back, cheek busting, head-smashing-the-bar-follow-through kind of Rick James slap that makes the whole place go quiet for about 30 seconds to see if she gets up off the floor under her own power” kind of slap.....
Yeah... that kind. Mmmm....
Equal rights for women is a big thing with me. And that includes equal-rights-slapping feminist bigots who fist-pump-celebrate fascist propagandists like Tina Fey.
Brave??? For what, the sheer daringness of again trashing Palin for the five-hundred thousandth time in the media? Like it’s some kind of rare and courageous thing to do? Oh, yeah, like it’s really going to ruffle the feathers of their audience? The same media elites who’ve never stopped the endless crusade to smear Palin’s character with outright vicious lies, accuse her of complicity in mass murder in Tucson, make rape jokes concerning her underage daughter, and then spend millions right here on a film to portray her as a mentally-unbalanced dingbat?
Orwellian. Truly Orwellian. No other word describes it.
Yeah, they are brave the way Leni Riefenstahl was brave in the 1930s, to make an apt analogy.
What the hell is that on her backside? That can’t the dress - looks like foam insulation stuck to her ass.
Bravely standing and reading the words written for them, even though everyone else they run with is identically goodthinkful. Their are some real profiles in courage in Hollywood. They should have medals ceremonies ...
Oh, they do? Yeah I guess that’s right—the Oscars, Golden Globes, etc.: Mutual admiration/Back-slapping societies. (Black-sapping?)
OK. I propose we send our bitter clingers `Blowtorch battalion’ through Hollyweird first. No prisoners.
Nah. Leni Riefenstahl was talented and her films were ground breaking and breathtaking - no matter what her loving lenses captured. These idiots are nothing more than (especially the women) photogenic body parts du jour.
Thank you, SyFy, for providing that Star Trek marathon last night, saving the Darnright household from throwing a brick or more through the flat screen.
I told it to my wife and she expressed pretty much the same sentiments.
Just give her a Nobel Peace Prize and be done with it. /s
