He declared that OBAMA WAS THE PRESIDENT AND THE MATTER HAD ALREADY BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE HAWAIIAN HEALTH DIRECTOR.

who used weaselized words which gives enough cover for the spineless judiciary and others.

I’ve decided to just be an old coot .. glaring at young women lecherously and speaking my mind publically, accepting the judgement that I’m just an old fart and don’t pay me no mind.

While I don’t believe Obama was born in America I also think Orly Taitz is a complete kook.

Justice is dead.

The future holds great tribulation.

It is going to be very, very bad.

The matter will never get a fair hearing. When it comes to the dictator, our judiciary has been thoroughly corrupted. I'm just curious as to what the Obama administration has on these judges. Their reluctance to even hear this matter must be more than a fear of allegations of racism.

The sad part is that we have PhonyCon RINOs (Hannity, O’Reilly, Coulter, Malkin, etc) who support everything this judge has done....with the same disdain for the Obama Eligibility folks.

The US is well past the tipping point. Obama could now make a speech from the oval office and state that he was born in Kenya and nothing would be done. He could and did declare Congress in recess for purposes of making appointments and nothing was done. He could declare that the debt ceiling does not prevent him from borrowing as much money as necessary to keep the government running and nothing will be done. Obama is becoming Hugo Chavez less the troublesome health problem.

“The future holds great tribulation.

These were my first thoughts this morning: An aging Supreme Court; a Democrat led Senate; and Obama back in office. Enough liberal justices in the next few years to turn the court and affect America for the next 20+ years.

“...America for the next 20+ years.”

We won’t last that long.

I know quite a number of people idolize Orly in FR, but in my opinion she is either a kook or a plant. One or the other. If she is genuine, then she may emotionally/intellectually unstable. If she is emotionally/intellectually stable, then she may not be genuine.

Why?

Well, she always does things in a manner that sabotages the outcome. Somewhat tantamount to someone buying powerful vehicle to participate in a race, getting the right driver, getting the right tires, practicing like crazy ...and then during the day of the race only filling up the car with 60% of the fuel required to finish the rally! Look at the following link (FR link) below, where Orly took a lot of documents to a Mississippi court in April last year trying to prevent Obama from running, but somehow 'forgot' to sign any of them (automatically making the whole thing useless).

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2874480/posts

Or look at this other (FR) thread here, where a group also opposed to Obama's eligibility wrote about their dealings with her.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2852171/posts

I have nothing against the lady, and I do not know her in any capacity, but I do know that if I was being represented in a legal matter I would find it highly negligent if my lawyer somehow 'forgot' to sign documents knowing the impact that would have on the case. I might even ponder on who exactly 'my' lawyer is working for. Anyways, I wish Ms Taitz all the best, but I can guarantee that a) her case will go nowhere, and b) even though there would still be a small chance for success, that chance would at least be (significantly) greater with another person pushing it.

Orly is either a plant, or she may be dealing with personal issues.
