Yesterday afternoon, and I will in my parish church choir will do this special song, that song brought tears to my eyes. That song reminds me that the Blessed Virgin Mary’s son Jesus came into this world to do what NEEDED to be done to save humanity from both the ENEMY and from SIN.

Faith and Action are required. Faith that this problem can be resolved and action to make it so. Both are sadly missing in Washington.

And what action needs to be taken now? Simply this: Put guards in every school, with metal detectors at the school doors. Incarceration and Mental Examination for everyone who suggests attacking a school. And the Death Penalty for everyone, and everyone connected to those who attack a school or school children.

Wake up Americans, the Politicians want to disarm YOU and leave the Children Unprotected!

Does your "trusted source" have an inside line to the White House, or is he simply relying upon the same news media feeds to which we all have access?

I mean: We Conservatives are all convinced that Obama has little regard for the Constitution, but I do not understand your referencing your "friend" as though he were an inside source, and we should therefore pay special heed to a second-hand "warning."

As much as I love God, I don't think it is right for us to believe that He has to take care of everything. People that aren't ‘right’ often as not aren't God's doing. Many times as not, it is some perfectly simple explanation.

I grew up in the 50’s and 60’s when EVERY house in the neighborhood had a gun(s). Virtually every kid went hunting or shooting. When virtually every kid knew where the guns were, and one or more was always loaded.

We also had a ‘disturbed’ kid in our neighborhood (back in those days the term retarded was still used.) He had nothing to do with God's actions. His mother didn't think she was in labor, waited too long to go to the hospital, when she got there told them she wasn't in labor, and he was born after a period of oxygen starvation.

He wasn't a sin, he wasn't God's punishment, he was just a poor little soul that wasn't right and wouldn't ever be right. And when he got to be a teenager and too big for his parents to handle, he went to live someplace where he couldn't hurt himself or anyone else.

And yes, it was a very religious time. Everybody in that neighborhood belong to some religion (there were two churches within walking distance of my house.) People believed in God and prayed to God. But they also realized that some of life was our business, and we had to take care of our business.

Those election maps....with all those red, rural counties....is why the DEMS in DC have suddenly started hyperventilating about gun control.....as they begin to recognize the implications for pay back of their voter fraud in November.
