Of all the idiot statements I've heard, this one has to take the cake:
An idiot relative said, “I voted for Obama because Romney will make us all Mormons.”
I wonder if anyone tried to explain the the relative that Mormons are rarer in Romney's home state of Massachusetts than conservatives.
Or that booze is easier to buy in the Mormon stronghold of Utah than in the Steeler stronghold of greater Pittsbugh.

Could not have said it better myself. Every emotion you’ve felt since the election has been shared by me. I’ve struggled w/my Christian “brothers” who said they were voting for obama because there wasn’t any difference between the candidates. I pointed out anti-Christian legislation that obama gleefully signed into law. My Christian “brothers” just shrugged their shoulders. I shared with them that our preacher could now get arrested for teaching Roman’s chapter 1. Again they shrugged their shoulders. I just pray that the Lord doesn’t shrug his shoulders and allow our wonderful Christian nation to become a cesspool of sin. I pray He doesn’t take away his hand of protection.

Also, that $1.68 pepper? What’s it matter if it was $16.80? 0bama voters wouldn’t be paying for it themselves anyway.

Barack isn’t solely to blame for the pricey peppers. There was a relative drought in North America this year.

This was silly. And if they are black, weren't they also complaining that the Mormon church did NOT want black people as members, at least under older Mormon doctrines? (Make up yer mind folks)

Reply to the Idiot Relative: “Yes, you have a point. Four years of the Kenyan Marxist have made most of the country a bunch of pot-smoking, income-redistributing, underachieving takers who resent success, cheap fossil fuel and all white people.”
This number has come down from the initially reported 6 or 7 million, as various states finalize their vote count.
It will probably come down some more.
