Obama has won, liberals, so why are you so ANGRY?
Vanity | Nov. 9, 2012 | Vanity

Hey, fellow Freepers. I have to be honest. I am very disappointed and downbeat that Romney did not get elected, and I won't be a sore loser. We should just be better prepared for the war in 2014, and especially for 2016.

However, I trolled on Huffington Post and Bill Maher's Facebook page, and to be truthful, I have never seen so many SORE WINNERS as the Obama people...you should be euphoric and jubilant! Why are you so angry? Your guy won! Why all the threats and anger and bitterness. Obama is in for four years and you act like Obama was defeated and sent back to Kenya!

If Romney was elected, liberals threatened riots and assassination. I jokingly said on "CONGRATULATE PRESIDENT OBAMA ON HIS RE ELECTION" Facebook page and I made a suggestion for a gift for President Obama: "Two tickets to a play, or a parade in Dallas"...and boy, did the liberals on that page go crazy. Did not go over well!

So why are liberals SORE WINNERS? Where is the happiness and euphoria and high fiving?

There's not a lot of difference between liberals and muslims, they're always outraged about something.

Sex and consumerism will never bring peace and contentment. Life is about reality, not “feel good” emotions or the celebrity culture. We are all mortal and that mortality comes about sooner than anyone thinks. Riches do not bring happiness and the best kept secret is that happiness comes from helping and encouraging others, not through words, but through actions, beginning with one’s family. It is satisfying to make the best of the resources which come our way. I cook, rather than having us eat out and I am always appalled when I get a food flyer in the mail and check out the price of pies and other prepared foods. I compare the taste and cost of the pies I make and there is no comparison. People need to become clever savers and to become good at re-purposing other things they have around the house. I would say to everyone..Stop trying to climb the social ladder..Be happy where you are..Life is short and those who dream of enslaving us are in this same boat with us. All too soon, others will inherit the earth and all it's problems.

A liberal’s anger and bitterness is a permanent condition. The very definition of progressive implies a dissatisfaction with the status quo. People who are unable to succeed or thrive under present conditions will ALWAYS favor changing those conditions. And they really don’t care much what the change is toward - because they apparently don’t consider the destination, only the change. They’re like anti-hobbits.

“Two tickets to a play, or a parade in Dallas”

Socialist/commies are like Hydras. Cut off the head and bunch of new ones immediately sprout back. They have universities that turn out them like doughnuts.

"Two tickets to a play, (think Ford's Theatre) or a parade in Dallas" (think Dealey Plaza)...

Weird. Played racquetball last night with my liberal cousin when he went into a rage about us “conservatives”. I pointed that HE won, why is he so angry? Made him only madder.

Can’t explain it.

(BTW: I won the game)

Well, they left a dead pig at Republican Headquarters dressed in a Romney T-Shirt yesterday. Tune into the news on 870 a.m. in Los Angeles, Ca. This was in Manhattan Beach, Ca. Nuff proof?

Oooooh. lol - Just wasn’t thinking along those lines. We’re forbidden to think like that, much less make veiled threats. A LOT of police cars would suddenly show up.

Far leftists thrive on sexual and race hate and envy. The targets have been marked by their politicans and that united hatred and envy is their power.

They also attract mentally ill people and people with no positive values or morals and no respect for human life who can’t control themselves and can’t think for themselves. Basic human love and respect for everyone’s rights is an enemy to them.

A lot of them live for the cause of legally killing the innocent with abortion and euthanisa. There is a spirit of blood lust and the deathers on the left have fallen to it. It makes for a tormented human mind and ugly personality. They look at human beings as roaches infesting their environment who need to be exterminated.

They hate Americans as they view themselves as superior foreigners (citizens of the world) ruling a country of untamed animals. Hatred and intolerance of the correct religions, race, and sex, makes them feel supeior.

Thomas Sowell refers to liberals as seeing themselves as the “annointed” (godly as in idol worship) in this cause of remaking a perfect mankind from their position of innate superiority and moral high ground. They have no tolerance for the existence of “unevolved” human beings (westerners) who do not think the correct thoughts, act submissively and obedient to them and who speak incorrectly.

This is how leftist hate in power speaks or sounds. They don’t hate for power; they live to debase, hate, oppress and murder their targeted enemies. And they do. And when they have the federal machinery to do carry it out, they murder by the millions!

National Socialist Hitler was small potatoes just going after the Joooos and desiring to take over Europe. Marxists want to kill Christians, Jews, capitalists and reactionaries (anyone who disagrees with or who disobeys them) and they desire to conquer and rule over the whole world.

It’s the nature of the beast, dude. I knew it on Tuesday evening - they’ll still blame the Republicans, the millionaires and billionaires, the Church, just as their heroes Fidel and Erich Honecker kept blaming the Free World for theirs. There is nothing wrong with the ideology, it’s the people’s fault, said one or two of Communist gensecs once, I remember, and he (they) was correct, though not in the way he intended. But to them there can be nothing wrong with the ideology of “goodness”, as that is what it is!

Same to you, tomorrow it be.

Cousin was also a cannon-cocker in VN. Funny thing is, although proud of his service now, he was one of the unfortunate draftees that got caught up in the mid 60's. You might have known him.

There’s alot of wisdom there Tax-Chick.

And while my oldest two have done me proud, I am seeing what you describe in my younger ones.

My 12 yr. old is relentless in his demands for everything he sees among his peers.
Yesterday he was nagging for a phone again and I wasn’t in the mood....not only isn’t HE getting a phone...mom and dad may have to get rid of THEIR phones and ditch the plan altogether!

Maybe as I got older and overwhelmed with the business and chaos of a large family, I didn’t have as much fight in me as I did with the older ones.

So as you’ve pointed out - maybe it’s just time to rethink how we’ve been looking at things.

My oldest has done really well, too, but the gene for Get Real seems to have skipped the rest of them. Anoreth always wanted to be in the military, never imagined (as my oldest son does) that a living could be made as a guitarist who won’t ever play any music anyone else likes.

I was at the park with some of my friends yesterday, including one who has 13 children. The park was in her neighborhood, and some of her teenagers showed up asking for money to go to McDonald’s “because there’s nothing to eat at home.” She gave them a whole list of things they could have, starting with the previous night’s leftovers, and then the 17-year-old (the original from which my Tom was cloned) said, “I mean there’s nothing to eat that we WANT!” “I saw this movie!” I said. We’re always thrilled to find that everyone else’s children are as impossible as ours ;-).

Of course, if a family that big has leftovers from supper, it probably wasn’t a very popular meal, but still, you don’t have to be very hungry to decide beef stew with rice, or whatever it was, is a lot better than continuing to be hungry.
