Just saw on Fox News, there is one NBP hanging outside one of the polling locations. Did I hear correctly that the PA National Guard was going to do something about this for this election??
That’s the first thing the new AG needs to do.

No, in PA the rule is something like 10 feet from polling location- When we lived in PA I looked up the ruling because I had folks opening the door for me at the polling location while handing me literature. I was so stunned that someone held open the door I almost forgot they were handing me their BS info....so basically they do know it is polite to hold open a door, they just don’t do it unless they have a selfish reason

Does PA law permit citizen arrests? If so, a few men could deal with this appropriately with or without the cops if the police don’t arrest the guy.

The impeachment while running for office for misdemeanors: Why does this matter? Not sure about the constitutional amendment for hunting rights; seems like a stretch of “rights” people should be granted by the government. I am not much help on other judges, sorry.

I just got back from voting and behind me was a huge “redneck” in a baseball cap, overalls and sh**kickers on his feet. Stood about 6 foot 3, and probably weighs well over 300lbs. Looked to be a hardworking farmer. He was jolly, fun-talking, and so dang likeable. I passed him on another street after I left. He was driving a blue and white old Ford pickup truck.
Now, what I would pay good money to see is for him, a real Redneck, to simply walk up to where that BP dude is standing. I would bet good money - and a lot of it - on that BP dude running as fast as his legs could carry him once Mr. Redneck got up there, spat a wad of tobacco juice, and just asked him the time.
That would be the end of that fake bravado.
