Hillary Clinton Plays Fall Guy On Libya, But Buck Stops At Obama

Less than a month before elections, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took one for the Obama team, declaring that she bore "full responsibility" for the absence of security at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, ahead of Sept. 11's terrorist attack that left a U.S. envoy and three other Americans dead.

Nice try, but the buck stops at the president.

Clinton's statement was obviously political. Making it from a "women's empowerment conference" in faraway Lima, Peru, her claim to be "fully responsible" for the security failure during the 9/11 terror attack at the Benghazi consulate, which killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, was about taking heat off President Obama, whose re-election effort is floundering over responsibility for this very issue.

I am fed up with Big Media pretending that either HC or BO took responsibility for the disaster that was the Benghazi terrorist attack. BOTH of them said they take responsibility but BOTH then proceeded to really blame the ‘security experts’. Being complete narcissists, neither would ever take responsibility for anything that has gone badly under their ‘rule’.

If Hillary truly takes responsiblility for the deaths of 4 Americans she should accept accountability, resign and devote herself to changing the government culture and arrogance that led to this tragedy.
