Wow, i.e., if you do all the hard work, bleed all the blood, sweat all the sweat, cry all the tears, and take all the risks, you're still not entitled to the fruits of your labor. But to the extent we deem you can keep some, after government gets its bite, we'll also award parasites a big healthy chunk. Because even parasites need to live. Ain't America great? The way we see it?
In the next debate, Romney should bring up this quote of Barry’s and say something like....”Well, with you as the president, that’s not going to be a problem, since there won’t be any successes.”

I would not have said it that way. If you take "entitled" to mean authorized, empowered, enabled, permitted, or deserving, that statement means that he does not want anybody to succeed. Hmmmm.....

My answer to him: What’s this “we” sh*t, Buckwheat?
If you work your butt off, put the sweat, time, hours, and labor into something, and it finally pays off, you ARE entitled to the success and better life it brings you.
And sometimes, even though you DO all those things, it doesn’t happen. That’s just the chance “we” take here. Part of being American, and living in a land where you DO get a shot at something better, to get a little bit of something better - but no guarantee of it.
It’s the chance to be in the chase...but no guarantee of catching the rabbit. THAT’S what we all get - a chance. What we do with it, however, is what determines the outcome.
Some folks don’t ever want to be in the chase - they want it handed to them, at the expense of those who worked for it. That’s HIS mentality, and the mentality of those that vote for him.
Once again, it shows how disconnected from the reality of American life, of BEING an American, that this affirmative action hire really is.
Gee, he is REALLY FALLING APART. That’s yet another open admission of how he is trying to block people from achieving economic success in America, where we are supposed to be at liberty to pursue our dreams.
The problem is he’s been doing this pretty darned well. Just look at the economy (and number of people employed). Alas!
Perhaps he’s been bitten with a Biden bug?

I live in Canada, but I get the Superstations, like WGN and outlets from Boston, NYC and Atlanta.
These commercials—Assurance government free phones—drive me absolutely nuts.
For example, in one, a mom is taking care of her sick daughter and says, “Now that I have Assurance, I can call her doctor.” Another says, “Now that have Assurance, I can keep in contact with my grandchildren.”
I don’t even have a cell phone, even though at this point, I probably earn, through actual work, less than the welfare recipients on these commercials receive. (Structural changes at my job and I need to find more work.)
Things are topsy-turvy today. I don’t know why cell phones have now become an essential item.
These people don’t have land lines or know anyone who does? Are they able to use a pay phone, or, Heaven forbid, use a taxi or a bus, or walk, to make an appointment?
I don’t get it.
