Because of Adam Smith [Chick-Fil-A incident] many will no longer support liberal gay community

The internet world awoke to a video of an exchange between Mr. Adam Smith, the now former CFO/Treasurer of Arizona based Vante, who has since been fired after embarrassing the company, and a young woman working the drive-thru window at his local Chick-Fil-A restaurant.

Smith, enraged by the first amendment freedoms Americans have to express opinions he disagrees with, chose to direct his frustrations with the Chick-Fil-A corporation by ambushing and berating a young lady trying to support her family by working at the drive-thru window of the restaurant.

Despite the professional and courteous service Smith received from the lady, he was unable to restrain himself from unleashing a vicious verbal assault on her. Much to her credit, she remained calm and collected - something Smith, the acting CFO of a company, could not do. Unmoved by the kindness of the young lady, Smith continued his relentless barrage, all of which was captured on his hand-held camera and later posted on the internet.

The liberal gay community continues to be its own worst public affairs advocate. Until the leaders of that movement learn to be tolerant of American values and the freedoms American's have under the constitution, it will continue to push away those who have tried to defend it.

For the record. I am absolutely NOT gay nor do I believe it is okay to be gay.

Very true indeed.

“Until the leaders of that movement learn to be tolerant of American values and the freedoms American’s have under the constitution... “

Ain’t gonna happen.

Homosexual rage is fueled by self hatred.

They hate what is normal because it reminds them that they are not.

I watched that vidoe yesterday and sent it to everyone on my email list. I wanted to tear his ignorant head off.

It was totally uncalled for , it was a pre-meditated attack on a person that was only trying to earn a living and had not expressed any views whatsoever on the subject of same sex marriage except she worked for CFA.

That azzwipe sat in his car for a half hour just to show his ignorance.

Smith has it wrong. It was verbal abuse not freedom of speech.

He was merely exercising his First Amendment right to express an opinion Chick-Fil-A disagrees with, wasn't he?

See what happens when the Bill of Rights supplants the Bible as the arbiter of right and wrong?

He claimed loudly that he was not a homo - but he was giving off the homo vibe. Big time sissy.

Haven’t seen this. Is Smith gay?

Sounds like he had a hissy fit.

I bet he just lost a great job too. He must have been making about $100K, just a guess, but CFO is a pretty good gig.

And he throws that all away because he wants to act like some stupid teenaged bully.

I hope he gets some mental help, because he needs it.

The Wrath of The Awakened Saxon, by Rudyard Kipling, comes to mind:

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.

They were not easily moved,
They were icy — willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.

Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not suddently bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.

No. It was a verbal assault on some he perceived could not fight back.

Since he obviously did not have a release signed by the Chick-Fil-A employee, can she not sue him for posting the video online?

The more normal mainstream Americans see how hate-filled, rude, vile, and loony the left is the better.

Maybe it makes sense, this angry intolerance. They can really only love someone who is the same as they are, in every way. Homoemotional, homoideologically, etc. Connecting with the opposite sex is a basic act of understanding, tolerance and reaching out to what is different from one’s self.

But Adam Smith is not gay.

He said so himself.

I agree...they are driven by some need for approval from ‘the rest of us’.

I’ve lost a few friends over this...because I call homosexuality ‘abnormal’...because it is exactly that. It is not typical, or ordinary. Rather it is very rare and unordinary. This tends to bring out rage in some people (who aren’t even gay).

That's correct. He definitely isn't gay.

But he certainly is homosexual.

Yep, they're self-hating narcissists. These militant ones are simply not comfortable in their own skins. They can't get over the fact that the non-gay community finds them repugnant; so they feel the need to legislate acceptance from the rest of the world. This Chick-Fil-A saga has shown us that government and media are allied with the gays on this; and that the American Public still ain't buyin' it.
