We went to Chic-Fil-et today at lunchtime and it was a madhouse. Every table full, cars lined up to get into their lot, line around the building at the drive-thru and lots of cars parked in adjoining lots. The Phelps Family (Westboro “Church”) planned to demonstrate at the funeral, near my home, of a young Marine killed in Iraq. Scores of Marines and other veterans from 40 or 50 miles around came to honor our fallen brother and to confront, if necessary, those who would disrupt the solemn occasion.

I guess that the word got out. The Phelps family never showed. We had a very dignified service honoring the fallen Marine.

Dan Cathy, the CEO of Chick-Fil-A told a Baptist publication that his company is 'guilty as charged' in supporting “the biblical definition of the family unit.” For this relatively innocuous statement the queers and grandstanding leftist politicians are going crazy?
