We went to Chic-Fil-et today at lunchtime and it was a madhouse. Every table full, cars lined up to get into their lot, line around the building at the drive-thru and lots of cars parked in adjoining lots. I think the support for the Cathay family and for marriage between a man and a woman is strong!

the Chickfila near us in Fairfax VA always does a brisk business. i spent $50 in there just a bit ago bringing home dinner for the family. besides today is the start of the summertime PEACH SHAKE!

One of the benefits of being privately owned is you can tell all these agitating groups to kiss off.

I went on Saturday about 2:30 p.m., and it was jammed inside, the drive-thru was backed up all around the building and out into the street, and the kids behind the counter had a system going, handling the customers quickly and efficiently, all the while remaining polite and steppin' fast!

I'm going again tomorrow, and I don't want to miss Aug 3.
