I had the distinct impression from the recent Arpio press conference that there were several cards Arpio was holding close to his vest. He gave his conclusion regarding the WH_LFCOLB, but no other conclusions (selective service and Social security to name 2).

Arpio wants to talk with congress - and he wants to have a few trump cards for when he does.
