Actually, the Weapons stored at the facility belong to Russia. Iraq had never quite paid for them. The Russians moved them out of Iraq and to safe storage. Now, they are no longer safe. Russia is moving them again.

Obama is not “playing” this at all. he is a bystander, leading from the rear. Events are unfolding out of Obama’s influence. The only people listening to Obama right now is Israel. All Obama is saying is, NO, don't attack Iran, NO, don't attack Syria's WMD, No don't build a Jewish home in Judea and Samaria, NO, don't come for a visit, NO, don't sell China advanced weaponry, NO, NO, NO. To most of Obama’s requests, Israel honors about 50%. The rest of the world does not listen to Obama at all anymore.
