It turns out that Holmes, who has roots in San Diego, was student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora. He was in the process of withdrawing at the time of the shooting, university officials said. He was a doctoral student in the neuroscience program.
A college syllabus that lists Holmes as a student shows that he may have taken a class in which he studied topics as diverse as substance abuse, schizophrenia, depression and other disorders.

He is a 25 year old young man with no job, no identifiable source of income, no motive and no experience or knowledge of firearms or explosives.
He apparently has an arsenal of guns that no one knows how he obtained. He has an enormous amount of expensive, complicated and probably illegal explosives and has set them up in a way that the bomb squad was required to clear out the entire building and estimate that it will take experts a week to disarm.
His personal life and activities are evidently a mystery. Reporters provide no associates or friends that can provide insight into his life or what he was doing. Nobody noticed that in his tiny apartment he was acquiring and rigging complicated and sophisticated explosive configurations and acquiring guns and ammunition.
Witnesses say he was cool and composed while he was shooting over 50 people including a 6 year old child. This young man has had training. He has had people supporting him in his efforts.
Guess they will have to ban Remington 870’s too....
I called him an Occupy terrorist because media clowns were calling him a member of the Tea Party. Give um’ back what they give until the facts come out. To the victims and their families, none of this nonsense matters.
Does look just like him. What a sad day for American that this Occupy scum vents his hatred and anger on innocent people. It’s bad enough all of the violence, rape and lawbreaking the Occupiers have engaged in in their year-long traveling hate-fest, and now it culminates in this hideous act of mass murder.
Don’t forget it could be just a coincidence. Lone, psychopathic nut is always as good a guess as any other in these cases.
Was Holmes associated with any group?
Did he receive any training?
Where did he get his guns?
What was the source of his income?
Was he moslem?
Was he a Gay Activist?
Was this incident intended to stop people from seeing this movie because of its implicit undermining of Obama’s campaign rhetoric and being too close to Occupy Wall Street propaganda? Will it succeed in doing this?

I wish people would just call him what he is, “a kook” and call it a night. Good Lord the guy was probably “a-political” which many people are.

Possibly so. Striking how his mother immediately identified him as the shooter. There’s got to be a real, and carefully concealed, history of mental illness there. The lady knows a lot she’s not talking about.
There is NOTHING showing he was “NOT” connected to OWS.
At least freepers haven’t jumped to any conclusions and started blaming people, groups, organizations, administratio9ns, ethnic or religious groups...
