Rasmussen: Conservative Anger Against Obamacare Hitting 'Stratospheric Levels'
Newsmax ^ | 7/2/12 | Paul Scicchitano and Kathleen Walter

Conservative interest in the presidential election hit “stratospheric levels” following last week’s Supreme Court ruling upholding Obamacare, noted pollster and author Scott Rasmussen tells Newsmax.TV.

“All that did was energize conservatives,” declared Rasmussen in an exclusive interview on Monday. “The conservative interest in the election was already much higher than that of moderates and liberals. It went up to really stratospheric levels right after the ruling. We don’t know if that will continue or if it’s just a temporary response to the news cycle.”

There are noobs; and then there are stupid noobs.

And in mid-September 2006, which were you?

I’m like Levin-—I’d vote for an empty soda can before I’d vote for Bath-House Barry. He hasn’t enough sense to wipe his ass even though he has a crack to follow.

Romney gets my vote because we’ll hold HIS feet to the fire after we rid ourselves of the HOMOPOTUS.

It’s one thing to have a womanizer in the highest office...

It’s another thing to have a sodomite.

WDC is the Excess Capital of the World

given your experience, what is the best way to capture that on a 30 second commercial to help voters understand? I truly believe we need to move the voters focus to reducing Washington, and creating a clear majority to shift power out of that corrupt snake pit. People are too easily swayed to let Washington 'solve' our problems.

You are a joke.

To you and others like you, maybe. And you just identified who and what you really are.

It is SCOTUS who owns us. This is what happens when you empower someone to protect you...who will protect you from your protector?

Right. People have given me heat because I have steadfast called Roberts a very evil human being. I stand by my words!

Jefferson wrote often about the tyranny of the judiciary. Jefferson rightly wrote that if despotism is to come to the United States it will be through the judiciary.

Here is Jefferson writing in 1804

BUT THE OPINION which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional, and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action, but for the legislature and executive also, in their spheres, would make the judiciary a despotic branch. — Letter to Mrs. John Adams, Nov. 1804

I implore people to go back and read Jefferson's numerous writing on the judiciary. Jefferson feared EVIL HUMANS such as Roberts on the Supreme Court.

A final Jefferson quote.

The judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly working underground to undermine our Constitution from a co-ordinate of a general and special government to a general supreme one alone. This will lay all things at their feet. … I will say, that “against this every man should raise his voice,” and, more, should uplift his arm.. — Letter to Thomas Ritchie, Sept. 1820

Absent untimely death or disability, Mitt Romney or Barack Obama will be elected President in November. It sucks, but it's reality.

Yep, it DOES suck. Especially when this race is very winnable with a genuine conservative candidate.

That said, Romney isn't good, or even mediocre, but he's preferable to Obama. 6 months ago I swore I wouldn't vote for Romney, but I can't see any alternative action that won't put the Marxist back in the WH.

I believe that the reelection of Obama will guarantee either (the practical equivalent of) martial law, or racially inspired violence on a scale heretofore unimagined in this country.

Great way of explaining that! It’s like the attitude of “leave it the way you found it or better” instead of trashing the thing you got to enjoy so nobody else can. Civilization is not guaranteed to continue - look at Detroit & other once-magnificant places.

Yeah—and the lesson will be that being “right” in theory feeds the ego while in actuality it helps elect those who seek only to devour what little remains of our freedoms.

I certainly won't vote for a gun-grabbing, pro-abortion, big government, socialized medicine guy.

Either of them.

Sure do hope you are wrong; next time, it’s not a North vs. South kind of thing. Think about what you are saying. I sure do hope you are wrong totally.

So do I.

Have a visual with government facility and buildings in red. Show a pie graph with WDC area total adult population, population employed by governmental entities, population who consult with the government, population who are on the dole and so forth. Pick some of the more outrageous projects in the metro area and post numbers. and so forth...
