http://frontpagemag.com/2011/10/14/muslims-exempt-from-obamacare/

I actually learned quite a bit from that article. Thanks for asking for a source.

Sharia doesn’t allow Muslims to have insurance. Presumably this means that sharia-compliant Muslims cannot drive a vehicle, own a home, or be involved in social security or Medicare in any way. Or live in the US, unless they pay a penalty/tax under Obamacare as of today, unless exempted.

Obamacare allows people to be exempt from the individual mandate if they are members of a “health sharing ministry”. Presumably a “health sharing ministry” is not considered a health insurance company and is thus not subject to the mandates such as abortion coverage. Sounds like it could just be an agreement of Muslims (for instance) to pool their money for “health expenses” (sort of like a medical reimbursement account) but if it’s not regulated as a health insurance company the group could actually do whatever it wanted with the money that was put in.

In December of 2008 an AIG subsidiary suddenly began offering a shariah-compliant “health sharing ministry” option in every state in the union. It’s combined with shariah-compliant home-owners insurance, and I would imagine that if the company would allow a person to be a member by contributing their tithe (for instance), a Muslim could effectively be exempt from any health insurance requirement simply by doing their mandatory tithing and designating it to go to this particular “company”. If the company is shariah-compliant, that money could conceivably go to any Islamic “charity”. It could provide rewards to jihadis’ families in Afghanistan, for instance.

I remember the week after the Sept 2008 run on the bank, Bernanke and Paulson were both leading all kinds of shariah-compliant seminars. Seems like they had the structure all figured out within 3 months, ready to give any Muslim the ability to opt out of Obamacare once it came down the pike.

I haven’t absorbed all of this yet, but my initial reaction is to look at the timing and realize that the communist-Islamist coup was very carefully planned and methodically carried out right before our very eyes. This was all negotiated ahead of time, before the Islamists agreed to help with the American coup. That’s my initial gut-level response. The bail-out of AIG right after the run on the bank was followed immediately by the steps necessary to make Obamacare eventually work as a dhimmi tax (without directly calling it that). AIG could thrive off of the money of American Muslims who were preparing themselves to be exempt from Obamacare.

“Now that the ruling’s come out, I think you owe tinfoilers at the least an apology.”

Faulty reasoning. That’s like saying that if I criticized the intelligence of someone who correctly predicted the outcome of this ruling based on which litter box their cat pooped in this morning, I should now apologize to them because they were right. Correctly predicting the “what” does not prove you were right about the “why”.

I am reading through the decision now. Here is a remarkable quote from the decision (page 6)

“Those decisions are entrusted to our Nation’s elected leaders, who can be thrown out of office if the people disagree with them. It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”

"Roberts was red-eyed and unhappy as he read."

Oh man, I really feel sorry for him. I hope it doesn't ruin his tax paid luncheon and golf outing.

I rest my case.

Roberts has been threatened, people.

I actually wonder if that’s why Boehner is so weepy too. He was at the meeting for leadership held the same day (or maybe the day after) as John McCain suspended his campaign and Bush gave the speech saying Armageddon was upon us if we didn’t pass TARP. Boehner has most likely also been threatened with the same threat as Bush, McCain, Judge Surick, Roger Ailes, and John Roberts were threatened with - another run on the bank to destroy the world economy, if they didn’t do what Soros and his communist-Islamist coup demanded.

People, this is for real.

Well there you have it. You want this to go away? Vote for people in November who run to repeal it. Zero ran as a liberal and flat out said he wanted to pass a healthcare bill and jackasses voted for him and he did what he said.

It’s all about November.

“47% of the US citizens don’t pay any taxes”

That’s only income tax. For federal taxes it’s the biggie though. I know there are others. I think there’s one hidden in the phone bill.

The remaining big taxes are all state taxes, I believe.
Such as sales and property taxes.

Is anyone noticing Rush isn't even mentioning Justice Judas' name on his show today?....the same Justice Judas who was the deciding factor in the vote?

Rush is only referring generically to the "Court" as the perps.

This certainly has to do with Rush's mysterious reference to Roberts on his show the other day. And Rush isn't talking on that.

If Robert backed off on voting with the conservative Justices, so is Rush backing off in not referring to Justice Judas' culpability in the decision.

Rush is right on one thing he said today, though.....we can't depend on anyone anymore, just ourselves.

I had honestly hoped I was just being paranoid. But the objective facts that I could see made no sense unless a lot of people had been threatened. Once threats were factored in, predictions were easy to make - including the bad feeling I had about Judge Malihi in GA (whose ruling basically amounted to “judge’s knowledge” - a shariah ruling).

When Zullo confirmed the threats to the media heads, and then when the deaths of Bill Gwatney and Stephanie Tubbs were brought up by Bettina Viviano, and then the stories about Kam Kuwata and how Dianne Feinstein has been fighting Obama... all that is visible stuff that makes sense now.

And now Roberts going against his own line of questioning, reading the death knell for the Constitution - with red eyes and unhappy demeanor, as if he can’t hide his disgust this time even if he was able to act the part when he gave the deliberately-botched oath of office on Jan 20, 2009 and kept there from being a videotape of a LEGITIMATE OATH.....

It all makes sense. He is acting under duress - just as surely as kidnapped soldiers say on tape that they are being treated well and are not being forced to say it (while the gun is pointed at them off-camera)...

And this is big enough that people should be paying attention. Anybody who thought 2008 was not a communist-Islamist coup should be awake now.

I don’t think you get it. He was threatened with the death of the country.

George Soros and his communist-Islamist alliance made the run on the bank in Sept of 2008. Since then they’ve been threatening one entity after another, saying that if they didn’t do as they were told the alliance would make another run on the bank and the entire US economy would collapse. GW Bush described it as Armageddon - that Armageddon would be upon us, that the civilized world as we know it would end, if TARP was not passed (which is what Soros had to have done so he could pay back the Islamist banking people who had pitched in to the Sept 2008 run on the bank).

Soros has the US economy by the neck and he’s holding a gun to its head. Anybody who loves America is being told that Soros will shoot America dead if they don’t do as they’re told.

This isn’t a PERSONAL threat. It’s a hostage threat. America has literally been taken hostage by Soros and his communist-Islamist alliance (which Obama has ALWAYS served; check EVERY action Obama has ever made!) That is why even good people who love this country have pretended to be willing in their rape of her. It’s like Soros held a gun to America and then said to Roberts, “Rape her, or I’ll shoot her.”

And the same thing to Roger Ailes, John Boehner, Dick Cheney, GW Bush, Judge DAvid Carter, etc.

This country is in a dead-serious position.

I say if our economy has to collapse, so be it. If we’re still America we can survive it.

And when I read comments like yours I think of those agent provocateurs who must certainly be among us, whose purpose is to intentionally provoke us into an “untraditional” resistance which we are woefully unprepared to execute, and which, if actually attempted, would probably be suicidal on our part, while giving our domestic enemy an even tighter grip on power.

A time may come when all our options have been reduced to one, but today is not that day. Today we follow procedure. Today we do not panic. Today we trust God. The Founders gave us a framework that can work under even these harsh conditions. Yes, there is a “reset button,” but it must remain our very last option. That’s the design. Stay with the design. It is your friend.

OK, then, you tell me why Roberts gave a decision that he obviously HATED giving.

And while you’re at it, why don’t you tell me why he gave an ex part invitation to Obama on the very day that SCOTUS was considering Donofrio’s eligibility lawsuit.

And why he botched the oath and then re-did it without any video taken of it.

And why he claimed that the justices can be trusted to recuse themselves when it is appropriate - even though Kagan and Sotomayor had both refused to recuse themselves after being specifically requested to do so since the case involved their very position as SCOTUS justices. Notice, also, that Kagan did not recuse herself from this decision even though she had prepared the legal defense on behalf of Obama. IOW, Kagan has committed the 2 most blatant breaches of judicial ethics which exist - deciding a case where your job is the issue being decided, and deciding a case you were previously a party to. So why did Roberts affirm the appropriateness of Kagan’s non-recusals in those 2 blatant instances (one having just occurred and the other pending in the Obamacare case)?

Let’s hear your explanations for those things.

If the REASONS for a person saying something make the difference, and not necessarily the accuracy of what they’ve said - then I’d like o hear why these are “moonbat” REASONS to suspect that Roberts is compromised.

” I thought Roberts was a good selection. I never saw him screwing a ruling this badly.

And yes, he really f’d up on this one. His ruling was an embarrassment to himself. It was an embarrassment to the court. It was an embarrassment to the nation.

Citizens have every right to be furious about this.”

I researched Roberts, and read a biography on him. Nothing in his past would indicate how he would vote on AZ and Obamacare. So why did Roberts go crazy?

Just listening to more news they are saying the Chief Justice Roberts said the mandate can be upheld if LOOKED AT AS A TAX. But! But! But! Obama and all his minions kept saying it WAS NOT A TAX.

I hate the way words are twisted and spun to the point where they can say, "See, we won." At least this will awaken the sleeping giant and be a huge boost to Patriotic Americans, aka The Tea Party. . We do not need another tax! . . November 6th. . . Pray and Prepare. .
