A lesbian couple is set to have the first New York gay divorce, due to file papers on Thursday (28 June).
Two women who have been in a relationship since 2008, and got hitched last summer after the Marriage Equality Act in New York was legalized, will be filing papers this week.

It’s always been my understanding that lesbian relationships were infinitely more stable than gay relationships. Camille Paglia once remarked that gay relationships inevitably wind up being sex without love, and lesbian relationships inevitably wind up being love without sex.
Either way, ten months is inconceivable for a Kardashian.
They are the most petty, spiteful people I have ever seen, they will spare no expense taking their fights public and the lawyers will laugh all the way to the bank.

Right - it is bad enough when a man and woman marry, create a child together, and then divorce.
But imagine the lesbian and gay male couples who hire surrogates or sperm donors, bring into being a child through unnatural means, and then decide they really should not have done the whole thing in the first place?
There are going to be some strange, alienated kids growing up as a result of the selfishness of adults who just HAD to prove their point.
It has been proven over and over again that the best way to ruin an excellent relationship is to get married.

Nothing is stable in the homosexual world,they are manimals.
The big difference is that since the Federal gub'mint does not recognize "g@y marriage" retirement funds/pensions are not divided.
Not sure about other states buy lawyers do not get a percentage like in PI cases, they get billable hours based on their hourly rate. So they may have more cases but are limited to how many clients they can take on
