When it comes to gay divorce, which one gets to take the other to the cleaners?

In DE, it is much like a divorce of a real marriage. Marital assets are divided (including debt), the one that earns more pays more. If kids are involved and one parent is the biological parent, the court recognizes the other as a parent only if the child was then adopted by the non bio parent. (I believe that I got that right).

The big difference is that since the Federal gub'mint does not recognize "g@y marriage" retirement funds/pensions are not divided.

Not sure about other states buy lawyers do not get a percentage like in PI cases, they get billable hours based on their hourly rate. So they may have more cases but are limited to how many clients they can take on
