Only parents should manage the schools their children attend and hire whomever they want to teach. Accreditation is all about getting the “proper” mindset to brainwash the children. The government filters the minds of all the allowed “teachers”. We were much more literate as a nation BEFORE the rules and regulations that came with the Fabian Socialist John Dewey.
