I could only watch the first 2 minutes of this sickening classroom discussion. The teacher tells her class “The NRA wants kids to buy guns (AK’s) and go crazy with them” (explaining black on black violence) so they can make $1 billion a year. A student even questioned her logic and she did an “uhh...uhhh...well the NRA is behind it all”. Her entire lecture is NRA = black on black shootings.

Yes, of course. The first lesson in Eddie the Eagle's class is use racial epithets and kill minorities. How did I not know this? The Tuskegee Institute has calculated that 3,446 blacks were lynched between 1882 and 1968.

14,748 people were murdered in the US in 2010. Very close to 50% of these homicide victims, or over 7,000, were black. And 95% of those homicides, 6,650 or so, were by other black people.

Thus, about twice as many black people are killed each year by other black people than were lynched in 86 years.

They don't care about black-on-black killing. They care about middle-class-on-underclass killing (for example, the relative attention given Trayvon versus other killings). Greater availability of firearms to middle-class people who would otherwise be the prey of underclass thugs is upsetting to them.

Perhaps the reason is that they think that if the middle class was no longer worried about black rioting, they wouldn't get as many goodies. Perhaps they are right.
