“President Obama will address the community on Wednesday in the University of Iowa Field House.

Obama will speak about student loans and college affordability. The visit is part of the president’s two-day college tour that includes stops at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and the University of Colorado-Boulder on Tuesday.

The event is free for UI faculty, staff, and students; tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are available today at the IMU box office beginning at noon.

Attendees are asked to bring as few items as possible — they will be required to pass through security before entering the event.

The event will begin around 1 p.m.; doors will open to the public at 10 a.m.”

The day before the president visits, his wife, Michele, will headline a $250-a-plate Obama Victory Fund fundraiser in Des Moines April 24.

Hmmm, so Moochie and Obama are still flying in separate planes. Why doesn't Obama want to fly with his beard?

Are the mother-mooch and 2 mini-mooches also on different flights? When does Pooch-mooch arrive?
