Ridiculous!
After 9-11 FBI went all over the country rounding up muslims and deporting them - I knew some Palestinians they got and deported `em from California SF Bay area after there was a meeting in a grocery store they were observing...They abandoned the grocery store and took off ...Many took off on their own back to Gaza.

At least one thing is right—Palestine is not a country.
He belongs back in Egypt.
To: Doogle
Send him half-way to Palestine and drop him. That should be about 200 miles west of the Azores

"Sofyan Eldani was previously detained by ICE and ordered removed to Egypt. ICE made a travel document request to Egypt. Mr. Eldani made travel document requests to Egypt, Israel and Kuwait," the statement read. "When authorities in those countries declined to provide the appropriate travel documents to facilitate Mr. Eldani's removal, he was released from ICE custody due to the Supreme Court's ruling in Zadvydas v. Davis." "The Zadvydas decision generally allows ICE to detain aliens who are subject to a final order of removal only for a period of time deemed reasonably necessary to effectuate their removal. ICE makes every possible effort to remove all final-order aliens within a reasonable period, which the Supreme Court has determined is 180 days. After that period, if the actual removal cannot occur within the reasonably foreseeable future, ICE must release the alien."

Why not deport felonious African nationals? They may have been born here, however they do NOT like the USA, and claim dual nationalities! They refuse to behave civilized, they don’t belong here, all they do is cause death and destruction, and drain resources.

Send him to Syria, then. Or just take him over there and push him out of the plane. Wherever he lands, they’re stuck with him.
Alabama should threaten to let him go if the US doesn’t extradite him. Watch how fast the policy will change.

He’s been arrested 35 times, 9 convictions, and 4 felonies.
Why isn’t he in prison?
