Romney was forced upon the republican voters, he was not elected by any stretch of the imagination
every vile tyrannical socialist progression has been forced upon the good American people by the heinous and criminal political elites and the GOP is in lockstep with the democrats on this, they just have a different sales pitch (case in point,the Bush dynasty)
perhaps complete demolition is the answer and Obama is doing an excellent job at that
since there is no good choice and my vote doesnt matter anyway, i may as well just sit it out on election day and let the chips fall where they may.

I live in Texas, and we haven’t had our primary Election YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW, it is illegal in Texas to write in candidates names.
Hence, I will vote in the Primary for the name I like best on the ballot, regardless of whether or not he is still in the race.
I will vote, (Democrats hate it when Conservatives vote), in the National Election by turning in a ballot with BLANKS for the office slot candidates that I do not want in office.
In this small way I am casting an ABSTAIN vote, just as the US House and Senate members do, when they choose to vote: NONE OF THE ABOVE.
Not casting a ballot is just what the Democrats want, so I will cast a blank ballot for POTUS this November.
If they are true purists then yes, they would have to. The real question though is, is Sarah a purist? If she is, she would be unable to support Romney. I think I know the answer, but we shall see.

You know what? I am going to vote for the one most likely to stop dismantling the military. Obama has seriously screwed our combat troops. You know, those guys in the war. I give zero a 0 chance of keeping them from being cannon fodder. I give Romney maybe a 5% chance he will respect our troops. People vote for different reasons. They want to slaughter the unborn, that’s their choice, not mine. From what I see, you want 0. I will take the slight chance that Romney will do the right thing. They come home in body bags, and hospital helicopters. I respect your opinion of what you think of Romney. I hope you will respect my opinion in my choice.

What FR ought to look like in January is a site that will oppose any liberal policies coming from the government. Isn’t that what it already looks like? Why would it change?
You need to understand that conservatism does not equal GOP by default and GOP does not equal conservatism by default. Like Sean Hannity says, he’s a registered conservative, not a registered Republican.
If Romney is elected, sites and forums standing up for true conservatism rather than “team playing” GOP cheerleading will probably become even rarer, making FR an all-the-more desirable and valuable destination.
That’s why I’m lurking and not posting. No way am I jumping into this crap. I’m doing a serious WTF!!!

Asking for a conservative to vote for a non-conservative and saying its still a conservative movement is dumb. It is stupid. It would no longer be a conservative movement.
