AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

That’s my point, though. If Ron Paul can create and maintain an organization, you would think an experienced politician like Noot would be able to do the same.

I honestly think Newt was never expecting to get this far, and it kind of took him by surprise.

Romney stinks so bad, we’re not even going to have to hold our noses to vote for Paul. :-)

I do have a difficult time believing that anyone who wants to be President can be so inept as to not qualify for a state like Virginia’s ballot.

Because of the roller coaster nature of the GOP preprimary polls, only one nonRomney candidate got money at a time. Newt’s turn came too late. That is my view on it.

Rush is being too cute by half.

Agreed.

I've yelled at the radio no less than ten times this morning. Rush is really starting to lose me.

Perhaps. lol.

It’s just unfathomable to me that Paul can be good at anything. (ha ha).

As much as I dislike Paul and his followers, I wouldn’t mind seeing him take a primary from Romney just to poke him in the eye. Then the GOP-E would REALLY panic.

Oh I wish I could walk across the Potomac from Bethesda and do just that...

No, I don’t think it will end the bickering at all. It will end the discussion of the “who are they endorsing” baloney. I don’t care, I just want the focus on obama and his destruction of the country.

I get that; but he still should have been prepared for Virginia, if he was serious.

Heck, loan himself some money; or don’t take a salary out of his campaign. IIRC, wasn’t it that he failed to get signatures from every precinct? Or he failed to me the precinct rules? He got the requisite number of signatures, but not in the localities required. That isn’t money; that’s ineptitude. :( (Not Noot’s fault, his campaign staff. Candidates realistically don’t handle this type of thing).

Remember, it wasn’t just Gingrich who missed the VA ballot but Perry, Bachmann, and Santorum, too, IIRC.

My thoughts exactly about Rush. It will make news for a few days, his endorsement, then we can begin the take down of obama.

I don’t disagree that that should be our focus. It just seems we are quite a contentious bunch and no one will ever make us happy, especially with the endorsements. :(

I know. :( I don’t know if everyone tried (some, IIRC, didn’t even attempt to make the ballot). I just get tired of the blaming everyone else for the faults of the candidates. I am no Paul fan, but at least he did what he was supposed to do. I’m just glad I don’t live in Virginia.

IE. Bad housing loans. Yes there were a certain amount of mandated bad loans. The problem was that they began marketing and making them beyond the “mandates”. Way beyond the mandates.
