They indicated they would entertain Vattel but left it up to SCOTUS. SCOTUS embraced the common law doctrine. Discussed the common law doctrine. Discussed it as it relates to natural born citizen. Discussed what the lower court discussed. Indicated the 14th Amendment was just making the common law doctrine official.
Ark is a natural born citizen.

Court of Appeals in one State has defined natural born citizen using Wong Kim Ark. Someone is going to have to fight to get it up the chain to see what current SCOTUS would do.

I thought that the purpose of this case is to show testimony as to why Obama should not not allowed on the ballot in GA. I think Orley is showing that he is fraudulently faking a lot of his identity. Just because Obots didn't show up to argue that, doesn't make it not true.
On an application to be on the ballot in GA, does a candidate have to state info like legal name, age, nationality, social security number, fact of meeting other eligibility requirements, etc.?
Perhaps there are several legal reasons why his application to be on the ballot should be deigned.

Why did she not have a witness to bring up the stuff she wanted to testify about...Orly making a mess...my confidence in this amounting to anything is plummeting by the second!!

No. I think the Consitution is a dead letter. I agree with you, the courts will follow bad and even illogical precedent, until the politics catch up with them.
Judge Malihi has been in control of his courtroom and done it in a very good way. He has handled Orly well - kept her on track and kept things moving. Very nice demeanor.

Honest to God, I have often wondered if Taitz was some undercover agent for the other side.
Yes, she has been the only one to keep fighting.
But look at the disaster she just created.
The ALJ just basically said I have had enough of this nonsense.
You are right...the judge was in control and kept it tight, allowed evidence in, but minimized theorizing by the experts etc.
Remember to Pray for this Judge, he has a lot of eyes looking at him and weighing a judgment in this case is going to be a heavy decision.
So this was three hearings in one and we are done, yes?
Very frustrating indeed. I wish she would partner up with someone who is adept at court presentations and let them do the presenting. She does seem to someone ruin the credibility of all this (Bless her heart!).
