Judge asks Taitz to cut to the chase and breing the next witness. Fifth witness, Strunk, of NY, is being sworn.
Strunk identifies document, a passport renewals form, identifying Obama as “Soebarkah.” Strunk is done.
I'd like to see a default judgement against Obama.

Limbaugh and Hannity won’t touch this issue with a ten foot pole, unless it’s for the purpose of “ridiculing the birthers.”
Maybe Ron Paul can bring up the subject. He has nothing to lose in terms of credibility and, by bringing the subject in a national forum, would be serving his country.
Sixth witness, licensed private investigator (Pamela? sorry - bad audio), who was hired to examine Obama’s background. First thing she found was suspicious social security record. Judge prompts Orly not to testify. Witness says that original person assigned Obama’s soc.s sec. # was born in 1890 and his SS record is fraudulent.

You are right? It is a really a crap-shoot...
This is a very very touchy area and has huge implications regardless of who ‘wins’ or ‘loses’. No one is really sure where to stand on this thin ice, which is why I think we see a general distancing by all.
It is sad there are so few public patriots today who will take a stand as our fore fathers so bravely did, signing their name and fighting for liberty and justice and a new way of life.
The erosion of our liberty, our culture and our way of life based on Biblical principles has been gradual to the point that most cannot even be sure what is right and wrong any more. Strong morals and principles are no more...as in Judges 17:6 ...Every man did that which was right in his own eyes... and they soon did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord.
Essentially “Moral relativism” where as long as you think it is ok and it does not intrude too much into my life then sure go for it...what do I care if you practice sodomy in your home...it is your house...etc etc...We are a SICK nation and getting SICKER. Our current national leaders are sick and there are few running that are any better.

Taitz witness, the PI, testifying about Obama’s Social Security number. - I got copies from the SS administration. I got the hand written application for the number it shows that both were issued in 1977 when he was 15...

You do have a point about lying and misleading. It happens all the time ON BOTH SIDES.
HOWEVER, actually read the brief AND THE LOWER COURT CASE of Wong Kim Ark (available on the internet) and you might begin to see what I am talking about. Using the CONTROLLING LAW as discussed by the lower court, Ark was a natural born citizen. Interestingly enough, the lower court seems to want to apply Vattel but has to reject it because of the controlling cases. They leave open the door for SCOTUS. SCOTUS rejects Vattel.
This is why you see so much discussion about the common law doctrine as it applies to natural born citizenship.
There is a reason Justine Fuller discusses it in his dissent. He knew that Ark would be eligible to run for President because Ark is about the 14th Amendment just declaring the common law doctrine.
10:30 - Seventh witness being sworn. (can’t hear name, from Phillipines). Witness is talking about his experience in Information technology and familiarity with Adobe software.

10:35 - Eigth witness being sworn, a woman. Again, can’t hear name. Taitz reviwing (unknown) document with the witness, verifying Obam’s SSN, et al.

Obama’s SSN does not pass e-verify due to document discrepanies.
I’m not real sure that Orly is helping the situation. She’s muddying the water concerning Barry’s NBC status by essentially “emptying her briefcase” of everything related to Barry. She needs to wrap it up. STAY ON POINT. Screw the SS numbers and the fake birth certificate. The judge seems to barely be tolerating her sideshow act.
I’m using a headset which makes it easier to hear. Taitz witness discussed that Obama’s SSN came back with problems with it doing a SSN computer check.
Presenter is struggling with the document and evidence. Not polished. Judge and audience shaking their heads.
I understand the challenge the presenter has, a ton of evidence that is intertwined and hard to make heads or tails of standing by itself, but the preponderance of all the evidence is what is important that it all points to the same conclusion.
I am not getting my hopes up based on all of this...at least it is being heard...better than nothing I hope
