1st presenting atty is winding up his remarks. In summary this case about adhereing the Constitution and that Obama’s father’s citizenship precludes Obama’s qualifications as POTUS. Note that defendant’s contempt for court and judicial branch.

Sorry, you are wrong. Not going to go into it but my guess is that the attorney just speaking read a thread where I discussed the argument and he zeroed in on what the opposing side would say. Good for him.

Doesn’t change the fact that Wong Kim Ark REJECTED Vattel, said the 14th Amendment was declaratory of common law, and ruled Wong Kim Ark a natural born citizen when they affirmed the lower court rule without exception.

He was allowed on the ballot in 2008. That sets precedent.

It will be difficult for any court to counter that, unless the attorneys can show that valid legal challenges were made then.
