GINGRICH GLOVES OFF
'Conservative alternative to Mitt Romney'...
'More electable than anybody else'...

Compared to Mitt Romney, Gingrich is conservative. Sadly, so would John F. Kennedy if he would compared to Slick Mitt.

Newt is conservative compared to Mittens. He will close the border and deal with Iran.

I’m not sure how Newt qualifies as an alternative to Romney. He is more of the same, possibly better in a dweeby way. He didn’t create Romney care, but he could have, with Hillary’s help.

LOL, yeh, and if I hit my hand with an 8-oz hammer it doesn’t hurt as much as if I hit it with a 10-oz hammer.

I think Newt is unquestionably more conservative than Mitt. There is really only one issue where it appears that Mitt might be more conservative and that is immigration. But I think we all know that Mitt wont mention that issue again if he gets the GOP nomination. Also, while Newt actually does have conservative aspects to his record, Mitt doesn’t. It’s all just talk and positioning. Kind of like when Obama claims to be a centrist.
There are more conservative people in the race though their electability is definitely less. Bachmann is very conservative and speaks well but I think she comes across as crazy often. Notice how fast conservatives dropped her as soon as Perry got into the race.
Santorum would be great but he just turns people off regularly with his demeanor. During the last debate my wife asked “why does he keep yelling?”
Cain has been cramming info into his head so much you dont really know what he stands for anymore as he often gets confused (plus as he has no actual record, you don’t know what he will do when given choices in government).
Perry makes Bush look like a genius. ‘Nuff said. Huntsman is just weird. Paul would let Iranians nuke us and then sue them in the World Court.

This is like saying Obama is more Liberal than Hitlery. They are both garbage Socialists and we all know it. Being to the right of Mittens is no real feet and Newts Conservative credentials are certainly lacking. For mandates, believes in man made global warming, thinks Paul Ryan is a radical. Get real.

BS! Both Romney and Newt put expediency above principle. That makes them both phonies and frauds -— faux conservatives.
Romney's a total RINO. For Newt, conservatism is more a business then a matter of conviction. Neither one has the character or integrity to be president.

I appreciate all you purists out there...I respect it, but there is no way I want this current President to have a second term. In all probability the “purity” stance of uber conservatives likely put him in the white house. I am not willing to allow it to happen again. Will vote for ABO (anyone but Obama) ONCE we have the candidate. Until then let the crap fly as it will as we vet all the candidates, and for now go ahead and act all pure and sanctimonious. But in the end we need to defeat this President with everything we have and then hold the next President to the same high standard and if that persons fails it is time for a new party. A decision for conservatives NOT to vote will be a vote for this president.
