STATE COLLEGE, Pa (Reuters) - The lawyer for the Penn State football coach charged with child sex abuse said in an interview on Monday the boy at the center of a 2002 incident detailed in the grand jury's report had been identified and said it never happened.
Jerry Sandusky, the former defensive coordinator for the Penn State Nittany Lions, was arrested more than a week ago on charges he sexually abused eight young boys over a 15-year period.
Speaking to sportscaster Bob Costas, Joe Amendola, who represents Sandusky, said "we anticipate we're going to have at least several of those kids come forward and say, 'This never happened.'"
Sandusky, in a telephone interview with Costas that aired at the same time, acknowledged he had horsed around and showered with children involved in the Second Mile charity he founded.
But he denied he was a pedophile.

Unfortunately for Sandusky, there is a witness to it.
Maybe it’s an inapt comparison, but this reminds me of when the Hillary Clinton campaign was found to have taken dirty campaign contributions from phony donors. Their response was along the lines of “we returned all of that money”, and yet, they could not possibly have done so because those donors had phony names and addresses.
In this instance, the attorney is claiming that he has located the supposed victim, who claims that nothing happened. How exactly do you do that, without starting with a specific, named, known victim? Do you ask the perp for the name of the person who he “didn’t” sodomize in the shower, and then contact the victim and get him to agree that he was not a victim? Or do you contact all 10-year-olds who were in the program at the time, and ask them whether or not they were sodomized in the shower?
Something strange is going on there...
2012 may really go down in history as the year America ended. There are so many ongoing events that are going to drive the public to do desperate things.
The DA who disappeared declined to prosecutor. So maybe some of you lynch mob advocates are who disappeared him?
How long before they get to McQueary and shut him up—maybe permanently?

If Sandusky has bought them off,,,I no longer have any sympathy for what happened to them. The hell with them.

It’s not Sandusky’s money in play. Remember the story about the big money Penn State donors he was pimping out boys to? They’d rather not be dragged into this mess.
