I totally agree.

I have been weighing the candidates for a while, but was really starting to like Cain, and now I am warming to Gingrich.

This is GOOD stuff.

I agree with you en total!

They’re informative, respectful, and friendly to one another.

We have two adult men running for our nation’s highest office that make me proud tonight!

Please don’t feed the troll. Arguing with a welded shut mind is a waste of your time and energy.

Great team, those two. I personally think Newt's ego is distracting (continually interjecting "my book," "my think tank," " my balanced budget," etc) and he does not wear as well, but these two guys together have great chemistry and their separate strengths meld well.

That said, Steve King is annoying.

I don’t think Perry was in office when that system was installed.

He wasn't. It was implemented over 20 years ago.

Caww...I agree with you. It is about Cain and Newt. Why all this junk about Perry thrown in? By the way....I really like Newt.

When you can get on a stage and go one anon one with the intellectual likes of Newt Gingrich, maybe you will have a point. Maybe Cain was being deferential.

So far, I have not seen any mental hiccups by either of them.

And I’m glad we are without the distractions from other candidates’ sniping, candidates that will never get more than 3% of the vote.

Cain is the front man. Newt is the behind the scene point man. Good team.

I thought they agreed Newt went first in section 1. That was why Newt said, “That is fair”

Since it seems to be an open-mic thread here, I’ll point out that Rick Perry not only is a strong advocate for tort reform, but has actually accomplished tort reform as Governor of Texas. Proven Conservative Results.

It is being billed as a debate. I did not write the bill, so don’t ask me.
