Wallace makes a big deal about Cain winning the FL straw poll, ignores that Bachmann won an Iowa straw poll.
[Straw polls are about as useful as non-scientific polls on the Internet.]
Didn’t Paul win a staw poll a few weeks ago, too?

The FNS panel is spinning Cain’s victory as a vote against Mitt and Perry. Go talk to the Floridians who participated in the poll and find out why they gave Cain their vote!

BTW, it a straw poll in a must win battle ground state that cannot be spammed by paid for campaign workers which is different for the other straw polls you cited
Fla (Swing State) Electoral votes 29
Iowa (traditional blue state) Electoral votes 6
Margin of Cain victory more then Perry-Romeny-Santorum combined

Wallace makes a big deal about Cain winning the FL straw poll. The Florida straw poll is a poll of actual GOP activists, the Iowa straw poll is open to anyone who buys a ticket.
That is a serious difference.
