Yes we have Power...Was 102 today, some flickering earlier but nothing went out...

I’d guess sites like the WH and Capitol have plenty of backup gen capacity on site.

They are now reporting that SDGE states this is coming from the Power Plant in Arizona...Between Phoenix and Yuma, they are showing that Plant on T.V now....

According to this report, they do have offsite power available at San Onofre for cooling.

SCE'S San Onofre nuclear plant trips Thursday

The shutdown was proceeding safely and off-site power was available to power San Onofre's safety systems.
