SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.—The San Onofre nuclear power plant in Southern California has shut down because of a massive power outage that's affecting millions in California, Arizona and Mexico.

They are now reporting that SDGE states this is coming from the Power Plant in Arizona...Between Phoenix and Yuma, they are showing that Plant on T.V now....

According to this report, they do have offsite power available at San Onofre for cooling.

The shutdown was proceeding safely and off-site power was available to power San Onofre's safety systems.
