Well the guy murdered again. So much for writing books by killers. The only ones to by it would be Psych majors, to study the Psychopath mind. And a few that have posted how innocent she is.
I’m going ot be frank and say that in the end, that will be the ultimate, best justice. Where the law fails, society succeeds and it can be a crueler punishment than any time in jail or the electric chair.

My reaction is tears for the little girl. Casey needs to be set free immediately, because the jury and defense needs to live with what they have done. Let her go and let them face their communities. How dare they! There is no justice for the little girl. The mother has been rewarded for being a psychopath.

I would be willing to bet she won’t come near Texas.
They are no privy to all of the media lawyers endlessly droning on and on about every bit of evidence, all the while dropping their journalist obligation to the truth and injecting their own personal prejudices into what you hear. No they mus decide the case based only upon what they are permitted to hear in the courtroom. They come to the best conclusion they can based on the testimony they hear in that courtroom and you attack them and ask that they be stoned.
Do you really think that all 12 plus the alternate have a bias or are just stupid?
The plain and simple fact of this case is the prosecution blew it big time. They had a weak case to begin with, presented what evidence in a haphazard manner to the point that the theory of their case was constantly shifting throughout the trial and ending up in the embarrassing position of being caught laughing at the opposing side during closing arguments and finally nearly begging for a verdict on the final close.
The jury can only deal with what is presented to them and as the saying goes garbage in - garbage out.
The prosecutor alone is to nlame for this travesty.
We know without a doubt WHO that child was with when she went missing. Casey herself told investigators the date that 'Zanny' the 'nanny' did in the baby. (I have since learned that 'Zanny' for some is code for meds given to little ones who need to sleep while the adults party.) We know that Cindy was hunting Casey and Caylee by the 911 call made 31 days later. And there is NO doubt that Casey would not have waited until trial IF there was one shred of evidence to demonstrate that it was NOT her who killed and disposed of the body. She was offered two times a deal before the body was ever found to tell investigators where the body was. She could have turned in her father at that very time and already been out of jail if that claim had any veracity.
I have read some of your hysterical comments and I am betting you have some rather interesting skeletons in your swamp.

G-ma called several times and was told, “Oh Caylee is at the beach with the nanny” or “She just went to sleep”. When the car, that smelled “like there’s been a dead body in the damn car”, was found the G-parents called Casey and said that she had to put their grandaughter on the phone immediately or they were calling the cops.
And that’s how the house of cards collapsed.
She was examined by more than four shrinks.

I never said that she was "insane" by the standards the court system. I said that she had obvious mental issues (uncontrollable lying, false accusations, oblivious, etc) and that the argument of "how would a innocent/guilty person act" wouldn't mean much with her.
She obviously needs some help, but that doesn't mean that she is a murderer.
It’s not like Rush to spout off without knowing the facts himself. Which, I don’t THINK he does very often.

I have absolutely NO sympathy for the Anthonys after this, NONE. They lied under oath to protect Casey (AGAIN) . I’m sick of anything named Anthony, period. If they ever need help again don’t ask anyone to help you.
May they rot in hell right along with Casey. They could have refused to get on the stand and LIE. They let Caylee down, AGAIN!
