Dr. Glass said sometime back that the State would have problems down the road because they did not hire a jury consultant. In OJ’s case the Prosecution hired a jury consultant and then Marcia Clark ignored all of the consultant’s advice. Sigh.

I asked what you think, not what you know. I understand the whole beyond a reasonable doubt, but morally, I have a problem with it. It bothers me that the law compels me to vote not guilty in a case where I’m pretty certain the defendant is guilty just because prosecutors are incompetent.

Nancy Grace had a guest reporting earlier on the legal entanglement experiences of four of the jury members. Astounding that they made it on the jury, and then the two who were reluctant—one to cast judgement entirely, the other to the death penalty. That’s six flaky jurymen who should have been denied, declined, whatever.

Sounds like George will get the blame. Alternate juror says he was “combative”. In my opinion, the jury actually bought Biaz’ fruit salad defense on the disfunction of family, finding that more interesting than who killed Calee and disposed of her body. I am shell shocked.

I think that was the motive. To teach Cindy a lesson

Didn't she say something like that to Lee? Lee asked her why she wouldn't tell them where Caylee was and she responded with,"Because Im just a [ ] bitch."

Its NOT the jury’s job to convict.

It is the prosecution’s JOB to present the evidence for the jury to convict. the prosecution didn’t or couldn’t.
You are right...the jurors had ( or didn’t have) the information they needed. The message was “You didn’t prove your case...”

OMG........I have seen Wendy on FOX, but they cut her off and didn’t let her expound on this. WOW.

Probably because Fox didn't want to take the liability risk of giving Wendy Murphy a platform to slander someone with her tin-foil suspicions that she presents as facts.

Seriously, by comparison Wendy Murphy makes Truthers seem sane.

Well seems to me it’s time for IQ tests for Jurors. But as someone posted earlier. Some of them either had criminal records themselves or had fam in prison. SICKENING.

I've been for professional juries since O.J., you'll get no argument from me.

Tim Miller just gave a Local interview here. He said that he was in that house for four days.Casey NEVER said Caylees name once. She giggled all the time. He was at the table with George and Cindy with a map of the area they were going to search. george stood up and took the map to Casey’s room. He told her to mark the spot where Caylees body was so that they could go get her. She just screamed at them.

As Tim said. NO JUSTICE FOR Caylee.

TRUTH AND JUSTICE ARE DEAD.

O M G !!!

Well, NO WONDER they found her not guilty!

A dozen people say they smelled a dead body in Casey’s car INCLDUING HER MOTHER, and they don’t believe that? But, with NO EVIDENCE they can say that George did it?!

O M G!!!

Were all the potential jurors WITH BRAINS not available for jury duty in this case?!

I’m stunned! (AGAIN)

Thanks. I didn’t know Lee did those things. Again, a young man is threatened with obstruction of justice but his mother was not threatened at all even though she did things more obvious and more harmful to the investigation.

Thanks, I’m learning a lot more from this thread. Is there any suggestion that George was in on that also?

the evidence may be there , BUT ....

“The declaration may be made because the charges cannot be proved, the evidence has demonstrated either innocence or a fatal flaw in the prosecution’s claim, or the prosecutor no longer thinks the accused is guilty, and/or the accused has died. It is generally made after indictment, but is not a guarantee that the person will not be reindicted “

for example, if witnesses can not be found or brought forth, the victim does not want a court hearing ...there will be no prosecution even IF the evidence is there.

Our judicial system is terrible...but it is better than any other!

Also Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter who gave Casey’s bond to get out of jail was on TV a few days ago with Tracy McLaughlin, it was her job to be Casey’s bodyguard..she stayed in the Anthony home after Casey was released from jail, she said that one day she was looking at baby photos of Caylee, and Casey came over and slammed a baby book of photos HER when she was a baby over Caylee’s photos..this woman couldn’t stand the fact that Caylee was getting ANY attention..she was jealous of Caylee, jealous of all the love she was getting, THAT is why Casey killed her

My grandmother always said, ‘there are some bad men in this world, but there are evil, evil women’. It was in the late 50s when I heard her say that and I was shocked. As an adult, I know Gram was right.

You need to ask yourself, who had the means and motive to kill Caylee?

So you feel that it is impossible for her to have accidentally drown?

Casey was the light of Cindy’s life (until there was Caylee) and Cindy was The Boss of the house. I don’t know where you get that George was a strict disciplinarian. He was a PW hen pecked husband and didn’t dare cross Cindy or her “darling” girl. Casey for the most part had no discipline her entire life. If you want to know more, read Cindy’s brother Rick’s emails to Cindy from August of 2008. He laid out what a Loony Bin the Anthony household really is.
