I don’t think a tunnel would count because the Arabs would never settle for that, although I do think they belong underground. And any tunnel would take decades because they would have to stop any time they would find an archaeological discovery, about every other day...

And if the tunnel was built, the Palestinians would keep blowing it up every time an Israeli school bus was on top of it.
