As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

What gets to me is that the ONLY reason we know about this incident is that somebody took a video and uploaded it. Without the video, there would never have been a story. There might barely have been a police report about a "fight", but it would never have been picked up by any MSM or blog.

I wonder how many times this exact type of incident happens every day and we never know?

If the victim was “transgendered” the cops, abc and the hospital would all refer to the victim as female,she,her.

So I don’t see that as being proof of the victim’s gender.

I think the attack was disgusting and vile either way.
