The list does not include Øbama (yet!) - after all, Sarah McPalin is the Republican version of Øbama.

ES doesn't put cmparisons to Palin made by PDSers on his list. It doesn't support his one-sided meme.

Regarding the Obama-Palin comparison - they are both political lightweights who are unfit for the office.

Keep drinking the Kool-Aid, Palinbot.

I won't get suckered in like I did by the Bushbots.

Many FReepers have made valid criticisms of Palin and her record - criticisms that Palinbots keep dismissing, at their own risk, much like the many criticisms that the Bushbots kept dismissing for years.

Just curious...are they going to start a “silly-comparisons” list for Trump, too, or is this just a one-candidate thing?

So here's EveningStar, the one with the list of Palin comparisons, comparing Palin to Obama.

Does his own comparison make his own list?

LOL.

Of course not.

About Obama and his so-called lightweightedness, he continues to purposely and successfully destroy the country like no other.

Some political lightweight.

Well gee let's see.

I've criticized Palin for her voice tone, for her comments on amnesty, for her past support of LOST, for her support of McCain, for her bill in Alaska that allows a governor to be sued...and some other items.

Yet in your stupid view, I'm a "Palinbot".

LOL!

As I said, anybody who compares Palin to Obama is balls-to-the-wall Pee Dee esS.

Thanks for the ping, onyx!

I have to work on Saturday until 4:00, so won’t be able to attend.

For all those criticizing her voice - not to worry! No one in WI will think she has an accent, donchaknow!

YOU’RE RIGHT! I wouldn’t have thought of that!
She will fit right in with the locals!
Woo-Hoo! Go Sarah!
May God be with her and protect her!

Well Lenny, she might be “packing” as you put it, but that is currently illegal in Wisconsin. Now if she is openly carrying, the organizer have threatened to “point them out to police”, that is anyone who is openly carrying.

I know in what ways Obama is unfit, but explain how, if she were POTUS, Palin would also be.
Would she be likely to:

*raise taxes?
*advocate a suspension of domestic drilling for oil?
*nominate liberal-minded judges?

What exactly would a President Palin do that one would be compelled to deem her "unfit"?

And just yesterday I saw a known PDS’er calling her a coward on a Trump thread.

There are different types of courage and cowardice:

Physical: The individual with physical courage does not run and hide at the slightest sign of a physical danger. Sarah Palin has physical courage.

Moral: The individual with moral courage stands by his or her moral beliefs. Sarah Palin carried a Down's Syndrome child to term rather than abort it. Sarah Palin has moral courage.

Intellectual: The individual with intellectual courage can and does go into the Lion's Den and take on the most hostile questions of the most hostile interviewers.

Say what you will about Richard Nixon, the man had Intellectual Courage.

The intellectual coward hides from an intellectual show down. Obama does not have this type of courage.

Obama Hides from Press: No Conference Since July ... Observers couldn’t help but notice the irony: President Barack Obama on Monday signed the Press Freedom Act, then refused to take any questions from members of the press.

When not completely hiding, the intellectual coward "Preaches to the Choir" in an Echo Chamber ......

....... again and again and again and again .......

by seeking ultra-safe venues such as, in Sarah Palin's case, adoring Tea Party Rallies or FOX News interviws where she is gazed on with a puppy dog grin and tossed softball questions. "Come on Sean Hannity! Give me your best shot!" Sarah Palin does not have this type of courage.

Perseverance: The courage to finishing what one starts and persist in a course of action in spite of obstacles. This type of courage is summed up in the old saying, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going." Sarah Palin does not have this type of courage.

This thread started out discussing the fact that Sarah is rallying with tea partiers at the main battlefield in taking back America. It’s degenerated into a bunch of jealous wife comments about her hair and voice.

Well, what do you expect when Sarah Palin was picked as a candidate for Vice President of the United States, with only two years of experience as a Governor of a State with half the population of San Diego, CA because of how she looked: ....... FEMALE?

Former manager: Palin added to 'short list' for gender balance

With their meager respective qualifications, would either Sarah Palin or Barack Obama have been given a second though by ANYBODY, Left or Right, as a Presidential candidate or as a Vice Presidential candidate if they had looked like this?

You know perfectly well that the answer would be, "No".

Barack Obama was adored because his skin is black and Sarah Palin is adored because she is female and cute.

Welcome to the extremely shallow world of Affirmative Action Politics.

Palin routinely polls negatively in the mid to upper 60’s.

Sarah Palin's "Negatives" have to be defined.

Among all voters, her "Unfavorables" ("I just can't stand that person") are above 50% but not in the 60's.

However, apart from the "Unfavorables" there is also the issue of "desirability in the Oval Office" which is a totally different matter.

You love your Aunt Bessie. She is one of the most lovable persons in the world. She definitely scores "Favorable" in your book and in the book of everybody who knows her.

Yet, having Aunt Bessie sitting in the Oval Office sends chills of terror down your spine since you believe that she would be a total disaster at the job. You wouldn't want Aunt Bessie sitting in the Oval Office any more than you would want her in the cockpit trying to land the Boeing 757 the next time you fly.

It is likewise with Sarah Palin.

Although her "Unfavorables" might be in the 50's, in the February FOX News Poll, the percentage of voters who feel that Sarah Palin would NOT be a good President is at 72% for all voters, at 69% for Independents and even at 56% for Republicans.

FOX News Poll (February 7-9, 2011)

Question 3: I am going to read you a list of names. Tell me if you think that person would make a good President or not.

Sarah Palin:

.................YES.........NO.......DK.....Never heard of

ALL...........23%.......72%.........4%.......1%

Dem ...........7%........87%........5%.......1%

Rep ...........40%.......56%.......3%.......1%

Ind ...........25%........69%.......3%.......1%

Such toxic poll numbers ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE the reelection of Barack Hussein Obama if Sarah Palin is the Republican nominee for President.

It is truly dumbfounding how so many conservatives are so blinded by a Sarah Palin Cult of Personality that they are totally blind to this reality.

How is it possible for any rational conservative to care more about worshiping Sarah Palin than guaranteeing Barack Obama four more years in the Oval Office?

The answer is that it is not possible.

The Sarah Palin Cult of Personality is simply not rational.

Let’s see, one 120 lb woman......8 or 9 300 lb Union fat asses might be able to pull it off,

Good news for Palin though.....is that these complete losers won’t wipe their own asses if “it isn’t in their contract”.

Palin’s got nothing to worry about. Union members are the laziest assholes on earth, outside of welfare queens. F ‘em.

You really going to come on to this particular thread and claim that Palin is a coward?

Oh, excuse me. Was this a Religous Caucus Thread of the Church of Saint Sarah?

My post stands and is right there in plain English.

Did I not point out that there are diffents types courage? Did your father never teach you that?

Did I say that Sarah Palin had Physical Courage?

Yes, I did.

Did I say that Sarah Palin had Moral Courage?

Yes, I did.

Did I say that Sarah Palin showed Intellectual Cowardice?

Yes, I did.

I defended my position on each point of the post and all you come offer in response is, not a defense of your position, but a ping to "All" to your Echo Chamber so that "PDS! PDS! PDS!" can then be shouted.

Go back and read the section on Intellectual Courage and see how that applies to your response.

********

Intellectual: The individual with intellectual courage can and does go into the Lion's Den and take on the most hostile questions of the most hostile interviewers.

Say what you will about Richard Nixon, the man had Intellectual Courage.

The intellectual coward hides from an intellectual show down. Obama does not have this type of courage.

"Obama Hides from Press: No Conference Since July ... Observers couldn’t help but notice the irony: President Barack Obama on Monday signed the Press Freedom Act, then refused to take any questions from members of the press."

********

Does Sarah Palin seek out the hostile interviewers so that she can wipe the floor with them and show the over 70% of all American voters who believe that she would NOT be a good President that they are wrong?

No.

Sarah Palin hides out in the safety of the softball interviews of FOX News which is just as intellectually courageous as Obama being interviewed by Chris "You Send a Thrill Up my Leg" Matthews on MSNBC.

Instead of showing the 72% of all Americans all American voters who believe that she would NOT be a good President that she has what it takes to be a good President by taking on the hosile interviewers and defeating them, Sarah Palin hides behind Facebook posts and Tweets to her own adoring Fan Club.

Does that make her an intellectual coward?

Yes. It does.

Does having a Liberal claim victory by shouting nothing more than "You are a Fascist!" and a Palin supporter claiming victory by shouting nothing more than "You have PDS!" constitute intellectual cowardice?

Yes, it does. Any fool with an I.Q. below room temperature can yell "Fascist" or "PDS!" as the sole defense of his position.

An individual with intellectual courage can defend his position in a hostile environment.

An individual without intellectual courage hides in his friendly Echo Chamber, praises and is praised by everybody else in the Echo Chamber that thinks exactly like him, can offer no rational defense for his position, and can only "Ping to All".

At the current time, Barack Obama is destroying America.

At the current time, 72% of ALL voters believe that Sarah Palin would not be a good President.

As a result, at the current time, a Republican nomination of Sarah Palin ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEES Barack Hussein Obama reelection in 2012.

Does ignoring that issue and refusing to even address that issue constitute intellectual cowardice?

Yes, it does.

FOX News Poll (February 7-9, 2011)

Question 3: I am going to read you a list of names. Tell me if you think that person would make a good President or not.

You're wrong.

No potential candidate has put their point-of-view out their over the last 21 months. No potential candidate's point-of-view has been more dissected.

I think she shows intellectual courage.
