Billboard question returns to Pennsylvania

The "Where's The Birth Certificate" billboard campaign has obtained a return engagement in Pennsylvania, and the historic message is not far from some historic landscapes.

The newest billboard in the long-running campaign intended to encourage the release of information documenting Barack Obama's eligibility to be president has been erected along Route 15 southbound just two miles south of Dillsburg.

The location in York County is just 10 miles from the capital and some 20 miles north of the battlefields of Gettysburg.

The message arrived within days of a poll from Public Policy Polling that confirmed only 3 in 10 members of the GOP believe that Barack Obama was born in the United States.

A multitude of members of the press corps supporting Obama immediately announced that they didn't believe the poll.

But with the issue still disputed in a number of court cases and under review by nearly a dozen states considering laws that presidential candidates document their constitutional eligibility, Public Policy Polling found that only 28 percent of the Republicans surveyed believe Obama was born in the U.S. while 51 percent do not.

Another 21 percent say they are not sure.

If anyone wanted to invest some money, try renting a billboard along I-95 corridor going into Wash DC from Virginia. A lot of the federal workers commute into DC from there.

People like FBI agents, State Department people, all kinds of intel folks..........you never know where a fact might materialize.

I can just hear the whining from the Liberal Media, Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Andrew Brokeback, Bill O’Reilly, Fox News, Liberal RINOs in GOP.....

Good that WND is keeping up the Birther and Eligibility issue. Even with all the attacks from Liberals and Liberal RINOs, more and more Americans do not believe Obama was born here.

If the GOP does not get serious on this issue, and continues attacking Birthers....2012 will be a Democrat landslide.

I wish they would add to the billboards the following, in order to inspire some interest and investigation by those who think there is nothing amiss about Hussein...

“Who IS Barry Soetoro?”

Wanna bet that 99% of Americans have never heard of that name?

Did you miss the last election?

Birthers have been trying to get Republicans on board for 2 years...with no luck. And leading up to the last election, Republican candidates ran away from birtherism ...and racked up historic gains nationwide for conservatism. And virtually all of the current crop of presidential candidates are steering clear of birtherism.

So where on earth do you come up with the idea that Republicans becoming birthers will somehow magically transform into electoral success? Does it involve Farah pixie dust?

They live in a lame stream media box where the truth is not always sought. It is a confining box, a false paradigm, where they are afraid of ridicule if they leave the box, or are proponents of Obama and his presidential usurpation.

Considering most of those races were state and local....and not national in scope....dissing Birthers was virtually non-existent

As the Birther Eligibility question continues to grow in interest and support....it is not a good idea for GOP on a national level to diss a signifigant part of the base. 2006 and 2008 were perfect examples of the GOP dissing their base....and 2012 is going that route, I am afraid

Judging by your post, you seem to be an Obama supporter and not a Birther. The “Farah pixie dust” comment obviuously means you are a Liberal RINO. You are no conservative my friend...and would probably still vote GOP if they decided to hook up with Al-Qaeda.

The last one may be the real reason....they are proponents of Obama and his presidential usurpation....

Great post.

You know something is wrong when Anderson Cooper, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, and Keith Olbermann all act the same way on an issue....like they do the Birther issue. And, the way they do it...total dismissal of the issue...without challenging the facts

Sorry to discombobulate your world view, but I voted for the Alaskan Babe, in spite of the “get off my lawn guy” at the top of the ticket. But at the same time, I know birtherism doesn't help advance conservatism.

What's going on in Wisconsin is the model for destroying the very core of failed liberal ideals. The Public sector union contracts have falsely inflated support for the democrat party for decades. This is the battle worth fighting. Not unproven, unsubstantiated internet rumors promoted by the less than truthful Joey “Art Bell” Farah.

Convince the Heritage Foundation or Landmark Legal Foundation that there is a "constitutional crisis" and you'll start to sway conservatives like me...until then...I'll follow the Scott Walker playbook.

Yes it was interesting that MSM could generate a full dossier on previous total unknown Joe the plumber Wurzelbacher in 24 hours while totally ignoring the past of Baraq Hussein Obama for 24 months prior to Nov 08.

That wasn't the "get off my lawn" guy, this is the Get Off My Lawn guy...

And, I'd vote for him in a second!
