Hi, this is Governor Sarah Palin and Im calling to ask you to vote for Christine ODonnell for US senate this Tuesday.
The wave of positive change can really sweep across our land with the election of constitutional conservatives like Christine who promise to use common sense and reign in federal Government spending.
And I can relate to the vicious personal attacks on Christine, and can tell you its sad to see the establishments desperation in this.
Christine will support efforts for Americas energy security and patients centred health care reform, and cutting Government waste and letting the private sector thrive and prosper.
We just cant afford more of the same in Washington and Christine will help usher in the real change that we need to get America on the right track.
So please join me in supporting Christine and vote for Christine ODonnell this Tuesday September 14th
Thank you so much.
Paid for by friends of Christine ODonnell

At this point, I would say all the GOP establishment whimpering about O’Donnell shows they are afraid the tea party ideas will actually gain ground at the ballot box. None of their arguments against her are legitimate.
You rinos get out of the way and shut up. Or start supporting Christine O’Donnell.

The thought occurred to me that the very late endorsements by Palin & DeMint were by design. Castle started this campaign cycle with a $3.2 million war chest. Christine had almost no money. Castle had planned to spend nothing and use his money in the GE. Things started to heat up for Castle when the "Tea Party Express" endorsed Christine and raised about $250k for her. He responded and has spent about $1 million. At this point, it is almost too late for Castle to spend his remaining $$. There is only so much air time.
The late endorsements partially neutralized Castle's obscene spending advantage.

“Get out of the way, shut-up and vote for Chrsitine is RIGHT!” I might add, vote for all the new challengers. Enough of the fossil incumbents. Gawd.

Yes things are looking good for her. But Castle is still outspending her 30:1. If you know ANYONE in DE please call them. Even if they are not registered Republicans they will know others who are. Urge them to make personal appeals.
The group that may not yet be fully activated are the pro-life but otherwise apolitical church people. These folks don't usually pay attention to primaries.
Go Christine!

Oh, sorry. As to your thoughts. DeMint’s stupid aide, said the other night that DeMint endorsed only after he saw her chances improving...understable to me because he has to work in the senate with whomever wins.
Sarah works with Tea Party Express, so her endorsement might have been coordinated with TPE because TPE also sent another large amount to Christine’s campaign almost simultaneously with Sarah’s endosement. Sarah met personally with Christine before Restoring Honor Rally, so she could get to know her.

Got my call from Palin too - glad I have it on the answering machine - it's great!
When you look at the issues, this election is a really easy choice!
Why Christine?
Side By Side Comparison of Christine ODonnell & Mike Castle: |
|
|
Jobs |
Voted for Nancy Pelosis cap and tax energy scheme which would kill 6,117 Delaware jobs and also voted for the job-killing minimum wage hike. |
Believes jobs are created when businesses are freed from endless taxes and bureaucratic red tape. |
Security |
Voted with liberals in Congress to handicap our intelligence and military agencies. |
Believes terrorism is an act of war requiring the full force of our intelligence and military resources rather than granting terrorists precious Constitutional rights and outsourcing our foreign policy to the U.N. |
Debt |
Voted to increase the national debt & consistently supports Washingtons reckless spending. |
Believes heaping trillions in debt on the backs of our grandchildren is immoral and that Congress is elected to make the hard choices to preserve our nations future prosperity. |
Taxes |
Voted to keep the death tax, to increase taxes by $3,100 on every American family, and to remove the protection of the middle class from dramatic tax increases originally intended to hit <200 of the richest Americans. |
Will fight to remove the crushing tax burden faced by American families and businesses and dramatically simplify the tax code. |
Life |
Voted to subject children to out-of-state abortions without consent of parents, voted to use U.S. funds to support Planned Parenthood at home and abroad, supports human cloning, and sponsored the bill to destroy, exploit and experiment on unborn children as scientific lab-rats. |
Strongly believes in protecting the sanctity of life at ALL stages. |
Energy |
Voted to ban exploration for American energy, keeping gas prices high, to prohibit drilling in Americas land and waters, and to ban building new oil refineries. |
Supports a market-based approach to energy solutions that will keep competition high and energy prices low. |
Values |
Voted to allow liberal activist judges to strip under God from the Pledge of Allegiance, against the Constitutional protection of marriage, and against educational choice for parents with children in failing schools. |
Believes our country was founded on core values of faith, family and freedom and will fight to defend those values. Will always fight for maximum choice for parents about where to educate their kids, including private, parochial and charter schools or in the home. |
Spending |
Voted to spend billions on failed stimulus packages & bailouts. |
Believes unrestrained government spending is eroding our freedom, destroying our economy and ceding our sovereignty to foreign debt- holders like China. |
Accountability |
Voted to protect 103 outrageous pork projects that would lead to corruption and waste. |
Denounces corrupt pork-barrel politics, including earmarks, and will fight for increased transparency and performance information for every Federal program. |
Healthcare |
Remained undecided about Pelosis government takeover of healthcare until 4 days before vote. |
Believes that the solution to the healthcare crisis is less government meddling in the doctor/patient relationship, more competition in the insurance market and more choice for families about their health plan. |
Gun Control |
Received an F rating from the NRA, indicating a strong anti-2nd Amendment position. |
Christines strong support of 2nd Amendment rights has earned her an A rating from the NRA. |
