Retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney has supplied an affidavit in support of Army Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, who faces trial on October 13-15. The retired Air Force three-star is the highest ranking officer yet to lend public support to LTC Lakin. His affidavit acknowledges widespread concerns over the President's Constitutional eligibility and demands the President release his birth records or the court authorize discovery.

McInerney’s sworn affidavit was filed in Court-Martial in support of Lakin’s motions for subpoenas for all of the president’s school records, and for a deposition of the custodian of Obama’s birth records in the possession of the State of Hawaii. The Judge has set a hearing in the Court Martial on these motions for this coming Thursday, September 2nd at 11:00 at Ft. Meade, Maryland. All court proceedings are open to the public. The courthouse is located within Ft. Meade at 4432 Llewellyn Avenue, which is on the corner of Llewellyn and Ernie Pyle Road. At the first intersection after the Reece Road gate, you should turn left on to Ernie Pyle Road. The courthouse is approximately 1 mile south of the intersection of Reece Road and Ernie Pyle Road.

LTC Lakin is a physician, and is in his 18th year of service in the Army. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He has been recognized for his outstanding service as a flight surgeon for year-long tours in Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan. He was also awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan and recognized in 2005 as one of the Army Medical Department’s outstanding flight surgeons. In March of this year, he announced in a video posted on YouTube that he would refuse to obey orders until receiving proof of the President’s eligibility.

How do you live with yourself defending the fraud Obama?

How do you live with yourself condemning the Army?

We can do both at the same time.

Really? What Republican campaigns are you an active voluntter for right now?

As a matter of fact, the one supports and supplements the other.

No. Birtherism detracts from, and undermines, the attempt to persuade nonimbibers of Kool Aid to support Republican candidates. At best the independent voter stays home, at worst they hold their nose and vote Democrat, calculating that however bad the Democrats are, they are better than Birthers.

Sorry Birthers. There is a reason that BO mentioned you, and your theories, this week. And is not because he is worried about where he was born -- its because you, and your ravings, are valuable in helping him persuade voters that his opponents are wack jobs, who can't be trusted with elective office.

My oath was to 'protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America', not to any standing federal army regardless of circumstances.

Baloney. If the voter is a Conservative, then the Constitution is important to that voter, along with Article II therein.

There is a reason that BO mentioned you, and your theories, this week.

Yeh -- he's worried and sweating it out, and pasting things all over his body. Send him this post of yours and he might find a place on his body to plaster it as well.

You seem to be the one here trying to "persuade voters that his opponents are wack jobs, who can't be trusted with elective office."

If we do NOT remove Obama from office as a illegitimate usurper, his already passed laws, his already sworn-in appointments could be destructive enough that the future of any company of any size is at risk. Fox News? Trivial in comparison.

If the US doesn’t survive then Fox News won’t either.

If the Constitution is important to a voter, then they will condemn without reservation Birther's attempts, via LTC Lakin, to place the United States Army in charge of determining just who is, and who is not, the duly elected President of the United States. The fact that Birthers are so blinded by their hatred of BO that they cheer junking the Constitution, and having Presidents serve only at the sufferance of the military, is a clear proof that Birthers are political opportunists, with no more dedication to the Constitution than BO.

Quite simply, the muslim question is easily answered when he refers to the Bible as “The Bible” and the Koran as “The Holy Koran”! Me knows some good muslim training when me sees it!

Col. Hunt voted for Obama. He gets a lot of grief for it when he’s on Howie Carr’s show.

Ahhh -- spoken like a paid Obamabot.

Tell that to Retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney.

The unqualified Usurper in Chief has put the Army in that position along with spineless politicians and judges. It is now the Army brass's turn to prove whether of not they have a spine.

In a sane world, is LTC Lakin really asking for all that much?

Yes it is too much to ask. He is asking to rewrite the rules on standing.

The paid Obamabots who normally hyjack any thread relating to LTC Lakin have had their butts handed to them with this latest development. Their normal tactic of calling anyone who has concerns about Obama’s eligability a “birther” and part of a kook fringe element a distraction that is keeping “us” from the “real job” in the upcoming election... is just not flying this morning. Poll after poll have shown that a strong majority of Conservatives have questions about Obama’s eligibility. This issue also resonates well with “independents”. Despite the media’s best efforts it is not a fringe issue.

So tell me why, in Birther World, does the Army get to overrule Congress, and depose the guy Congress said was elected President? Why not the Navy, or the Coast Guard? Does the Army have to share this power? What if the Army rules that BO is President, but the Air Force drinks the Birther Kool Aid, rules that he is not President, and that they don't have to carry out his orders? Do the Marines have obey whomever the Navy says is President, or do they get to decide for themselves?

Do you really want to go down that road, and can you really post with a straight face that doing so is somehow upholding the United States Constitution?

Have you blown your hard drive or something?

Every person in the military has sworn to protect and defend the constitution of the united states from all enemies foreign and domestic. Lt. Col, Lakin deserves a medal for his acts of valor at this point.

The "birthers" as you put it are the only ones who are trying to see that the constitution is Observed and protected. The entire congress has by passed this question and the people who cover for it and make insane statements like yours are the worst attempt at keeping anyone who would defame and not follow the constitution under cover.

If you believed in the constitution and wanted to preserve it why not just put the question to rest and move on. This has NOTHING to do with being a political opportunist - it has everything to do with the rule of law and preserving the constitution. Protecting it and defending it.

What you are doing is sweeping it away. Putting the issue under the rug by any means you possibly can. Just use the old argument that all people who want proof of Obama's eligibility are racists. It amounts to the same thing as you just said.

You really think that a man spends 2 million dollars to keep his records from being seen by a judge and a lawyer is not hiding something? And you think birthers are stupid????

GET A GRIP!
