I'm not sure if she was given a choice. The stations control what they allow to be said over their transmitters, and they in turn are controlled by their need to make money from advertising.
From the way she's talking, I'm going to guess she was given her walking papers, and she's deciding to now do her thing on the Internet, where it's harder to shut her down.

A bigot is someone who prejudges someone based on their race, ethnicity, gender or religion.
A moron is someone who uses the word “bigot” when what they really mean is “somebody I disagree with”.
