I don’t understand Cooper’s incessant badgering of the lawyer and not letting him talk. It’s pretty standard for those in criminal cases to have their lawyer speak for them.
Also, Lakin’s lawyer needs a little better prepping for the line of defense that reporters are going to mount for Obama. These would be simple. The newspaper announcements don’t confirm a place of birth. The certification (not certificate) of live birth is redacted and has not been confirmed as genuine by the state of Hawaii. The statements made by Hawaii are not based on the original birth certificate. Simple.
Did you even look at it? According to the info on the CoLB, the long form was turned into the state on August 8, 1961, not Aug 4. The date of birth on it is Aug. 4. But the sequence number is higher than those of the Nordyke twins, whose *long form* certificates show they were turned in to the state on Aug. 11, 1961.
I thought his grandmother was a bank manager? Doesn't mean she couldn't have turned in a fraudulent long form, anyone could, although a relative would be better than just some random person.

Oh I don't know. Parent's birthplace is there. Which along with the lack of a naturalization certificate for BHO Sr.....
But no *real* paper CoLB has even been produced. Certainly not in any court of law, where the stamp and seal could be examined, and it could be accompanied by an affidavit of authenticity, although if it came directly from teh state of Hawaii, that might not be necessary.

He kept throwing empty flattery at Lakin, how he’d obeyed so many commands in the past, why couldn’t he obey this one from BO, why would he question BO?

The fact that Obummer used a photoshopped document during the 2008 election is reason enough for him to be removed from office. “THE” specific document which Cooper was referring to which Obummer uploaded to fact check.org is a photoshop. It doesn't matter what is in the so called files in HI.
Obummer needs to be removed for a host of reasons...2 of which include he uploaded a forged photoshopped document to fact check.org during the election and that he is a dual citizen with mixed loyalties.
He is loyal to Indonesia/his muslim heritage and England/Kenya, his Dad's heritage. Obviously he isn't loyal to America's heritage from his mother's side, he hates America and sets out to destroy our way of life everyday...it's obvious he has loyalties outside of our nation.

He needs to leave The People's House. He doesn't have the credentials to be our President as he isn't a natural born citizen and has dual loyalties some of which are against our nation's sovereignty.

The document which he uploaded to fact check.org is photoshopped. Why doesn’t anyone expose the intentional forgery during that he used during an election, among all his other crimes?
At the very least, the next time some weasel starts throwing around the photoshopped fact check.org doc as their defense as Cooper did, for once would someone call them out for trying to support their argument with a Photoshop. Dan Rather anyone? Cooper should stop referring to the photoshop doc as if it’s legit. It isn’t.

And then he showed a picture of the Obummer’s sister’s photoshopped document.
Cooper is a joke, showing a photoshop as proof for his argument to a Dr and and Attorney. He quickly flashed the photoshopped doc and you could barely see it as he had it covered with his own cnn banners.
So does this mean Cooper is complicit in spreading Obummer’s forged photoshopped documents?
Paul Jensen, Lakin’s lawyer, did slap down Cooper's citing Lingle, Okubo and Fukino by stating that they and the COLB would not be appearing in court during this criminal trial as their evidence was not admissible. That was his best defense offered, in my non-lawyer view, and to me it implied that he would be requesting discovery of Obama’s original HI vital records as the “best evidence” under the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE).
With those original records, if he can get them, Jensen will not need to deal with the double hearsay of Lingle (Okubo told me what she saw in the file) or the hearsay of Okubo (this is what I saw in the file) or the COLB which is itself a form of hearsay exception evidence under the FRE.
This was not a proper interview but a staged ambush assault by Cooper on Lakin and Jensen consisting of false framing, testimony and documents allegedly verifying Obama’s HI birth.
Hopefully Rush and O’Reilly will be able to talk about this travesty now that CNN, not FOX has “brought the subject up.”
Cooper kept asking Lakin why he hadn't challenged other officer's orders when he hadn't seen their BCs and Lakin tried to explain the NBC POTUS requirement but couldn't get a word in with Cooper cutting off Jensen as he tried to interject with a legal explanation.
When Cooper let his guard down for a moment, Jensen did get to point out that Obama could end this whole situation by releasing his original hospital doctor-signed BC.
On the whole this appearance did little to advance Lakin’s case, because Cooper's “prevent defense” for Obama made sure of that, but it did get Lakin on one of the big three cable news networks for the first time, and the video will be all over the internet. Note also that Cooper had to admit and stated that Lakin has a distinguished and honorable record.

The story has legs and it will continue to use them (and at an accelerated rate as Obama and his administration continue destroying the nation).
