He knows that the EPA won’t allow it.

France has many nuclear plants and the HDTV’s are around 1,000 euros cheaper to buy.

I was almost going to buy one and have it trucked but then I figured I would have to deal with a French person.

(Don’t Worry Be Happy, is playing on the HDTV right now - lol)

Umm because he is so confused he doesn't realize that there is no way to stop conservatives from saying "See, we've been right for 50 years" and taking every bit of the credit for nuclear power leaving the progressives with nothing to show for 50 years of obstruction?

By lying out both sides of his mouth?

The right tongue fork giveth, and the left tongue fork taketh away. Blessed be the forked tongue!

Promise this, but let OMB chop DOE’s nuke budget.

Promise this, but kill Yucca Mtn deader than it already is, so EPA can say “no havee ‘permanent’ storage, no makee waste!”

Strange as it might seem, after today we could be considering a much better energy option. Overunity technology may be a reality.

And don't worry about that so-called problem of "nuclear waste." The French have already solved it for us. The amount of highly radioactive material that can't be recycled is so small that the French store all their waste from 30 years of producing 75 percent of their electricity with nuclear beneath the floor of one room at Le Hague.

Wow! I knew the French used a recycling technology for their fuel rods, but I had no idea it was so efficient. Why the hell don't we do that?

Obama got a lot of money from the nuclear power industry when he was in Illinois, and even if by some remote possibility Obama is serious about wanting more nuclear plants, he’s dreaming if he thinks the rest of the Democrat powers that be won’t skin him alive if he actually tries to get more nuclear plants.

Cause, it is the only thing that can be done efficiently (Hydro, Nuclear or Other); and as all low life politicians wanting to get out in front as if they are leading, see their chance. For the last 25 years the U.S. political class has soaked the public with non-nuclear and can no longer do so…because unless we sell the advancing countries Coal/Oil and for them to burn Coal/Oil we derive a benefit, something they do not want to do. China has committed to the biggest single Hydro-electric system to date, plus going nuclear and will be self-sufficient by 2025!

But again that makes too much sense. Who slipped the Thorazine into Bummer’s cocktail?

There were fears that terrorists or rogue states might make off with the concentrated fuel to create dirty bombs or nuclear weapons. With modern developments, it sounds like such theft would be the hard way.
